It turned out very well. They worked very efficiently and the price was in line with the what others have said they paid. I have been very happy with their service.

They did a good job! I have a clean water supply now. I would recommend them highly.

The service ended up being a little complicated. My only complaint is that I think they should have checked before they dug the first well. They were professional and do great work. If I had a problem I would use them again in the future.

I was in a really big hurry to have all of my inspections wrapped up before my relator left on vacation for 2 weeks. That meant scheduling all of the inspections the day after the house offer was accepted and I only had 2 business days to get the inspections completed. I called C&J (on a Friday) for a well inspection and the receptionist had to take my contact information and said someone would call me back. I waited all day and finally got a call back and they told me a contract had to be signed before they would schedule the work. I explained to them that I did not own the house, so I had them email the form to me which I then had to email to the seller to complete and send back to me and then I sent it back to C&J (at this point it was Saturday). During my Friday conversation with C&J they said they would call to schedule an inspection after they get the signed contract. On Monday, I received a call from the inspector saying he was supposed to inspect the well that same day. I explained to him that I did not own the house and did not have a key to let him in and that someone was supposed to schedule an inspection so all of that would be worked out with the seller (who did not reside in the house, and it was vacant at the time). The inspector was rightfully confused (since his management didn't communicate the situation to him properly) and said he would call the office. Towards the end of the day, I still had not received a phone call, so I called the office (the receptionist took my information and I, again, had to wait on a call back). I got the call back and told them that my general home inspector would be at the house on Tuesday and recommended they show up at the same time (since they didn't seem willing to call the seller have get the keycode for the house). He agreed that would be easier, so at 930AM on Tuesday (they had to be there between 9-12) the inspectors arrived and checked out the well pump. When they were done, I paid on the spot (thankfully, they had a $100 off Angie's List coupon which made the inspection $200) and they told me I would receive a report (which I told them I would need anyway for my underwriter for financing of the house). Two weeks later, I had not received anything from C&J, so I called on a weekend (good to know people answer the phone for emergencies since they are not open on the weekend) and they took my contact info. Leah called me back from her home and took some more information and by Monday I had a report with the information I needed. Overall, I was happy with the service, and I'm sure it would have been smoother had I actually owned the house and/or the house wasn't vacant during the process. I feel the price would have been unreasonable without the Angie's List coupon, and that makes me nervous about using them again when I'm on a budget . However, their work seemed thorough and I'm willing to ask them for a quote for any additional services I need for my new home.

C&J did a great job. I called them in the afternoon and they fixed the problem the next morning. The water had to be turned off due to the leak, so I needed the leak fixed as soon as possible. Also, it was January, so I was concerned about getting the work down outside due to weather. They were extremely responsive. During the initial call, they said they would contact the actual workers and get back to me asap to let me know when the work could be done. They called me back within a short period of time to discuss the problem in more detail and scheduled it for the next morning. They called the next morning saying they were on their way and showed up on time, just as they said they would. They did a good job digging down to the pipes, then putting on new connectors, to fix the leak. They explained why the problem occurred and why the new fittings would work better. The price seemed fair, but I really didn't do any comparison shopping. I found C&J on Angie's list and they were they first company I called. While waiting for their initial callback, I called another company which was highly rated on Angie's list, and left a message on their answering machine. I never heard back from them.

They did a wonderful job. They were prompt and courteous, and professionally dressed. There were several people working on this project and they were all very pleasant. They did a very good job. We would recommend them to anybody else.

Techs did a good job identifying the problems I was having with electricity however suggested my well pump was old and needed replaced based on a voltage reading. My pump was reported to be newly installed before I bought the house so I didn't go ahead with any work. I would recommend having someone actually pull up the pump and show it too you before putting in a new one.

They made an attempt to remedy the hole in the yard. The guy has been persistent in trying to get this fixed.

The service was very good. It was uneventful. It was expensive but it was the going rate. UPDATED: Original cost figure was indeed incorrect. It did show $900 but in reality the figure was $9031.00. I have corrected the figure. I believe I provided this review over the phone, so there was a misunderstanding.

I had no complaints with the service. I have spoke with them a couple of different times. They are always really competitive with price. They have completed the work I needed done.

We had no problems with the service. We did have to reschedule because the technician was sick. However, it was fine and he returned a few days later.

Our water was smelling bad and the pressure was low. The water does not smell as bad anymore. I think the work they did was okay. They were reasonably on time. The guy explained things effectively and I watched him do the work. The price was about $150 more than what they originally quoted.

We were pleased with the service. They came out right away in the morning. They were very prompt. Our well went out in the night and they were able to complete the work that next day.

After the work was completed we had a problem but they came back and fixed it at no additional charge. Overall, the service was good. The supervisor that was in charge of the job was awesome. The quote they originally gave was actually higher than the final price.
