Description of Work: Everything went perfect. Dave showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. I solved my original slow loading of webpage's problem before he arrived and he spent the hour answering several other questions I had and educating me on how to do several things I needed help on. Description of Work: Dave Follas of Indy Computer Guru came to my home and got my computer "de-fragged" and up and running as well as it can. He also adjusted a program view that was driving me crazy due to its small size on the screen. He also helped me with my IPad aire. Very pleasant. Good guy. Would use him again in an instant.

Description of Work: My husband was home when Dave was here. Dave was paid for 2 hrs. of computer work, but he stayed longer and didn't ask for any more than what we had already paid him. Description of Work: The laptop needed to have screen replaced after the tech performed diagnostics. Got it back in the time promissed. it worked for a couple days and then the monitor quit. He came back the day i called him and fixed the loose connection and has worked perfect ever since. great experince overall, best buy should follow his business model.

Description of Work: Help me trouble shoot old computer; Pick out new computer. Set up two new printers, computer, back up storage, back up power, etc. A lot of work and it was very carefully done to control cords and made the whole set up very user friendly.
