Fine, no complaints.

Called Dave out and he determined the power supply wasn't working. He left and I bought a new computer. Dave came back, downloaded everything from my old computer and downloaded it into my new one. Made a few adjustments so it operated the way I wanted.

Dave is the best and most knowledgeable IT person I have ever worked with. There hasn't been a problem he couldn't solve. If he doesn't know the answer, he finds it. He is also very reasonable on his charges. I too have a small business and could not afford an onsite IT person, yet I'm treated as though I am the most important client. One thing that really impressed me the first time I used him was after completing his task, he went through to make sure everything worked perfectly; I have worked at companies where that did not happen. If you want to work with someone dedicated, knowledgeable and has great customer service, you need to HIRE DAVE!!!

Dave returned my call and we decided he should remotely access my computer. He checked out my concerns regarding my maleware program (nothing for me to worry about) and determined my email problem was on the server end. Then we covered some setting changes I was interest in.

We have Dave help us before, and he was great as usual. He was courteous, professional, and got both printers working in a short time. He also saw that our computer antivirus software had lapsed and took care of it also. We highly recommend him.

Great! Dave not only knew how to do everything I asked, he was great in helping me understand why I was having difficulty with my password. He was patient in explaining the differences in the new Windows 10 system, advantages & disadvantages. I would definitely recommend him & we have found our new "computer guy". The last one we had was amazing but closed his company & I was sure I'd never find anyone as good as him, but Dave passed every test!! I felt his prices were very reasonable for what he provided.

Dave is THE guru. I've been very pleased. He's not always prompt at getting back with you if you send an email or voicemail, but that's overlooked by the quality of his work and his "fee-friendly" approach. It's easily understandable, given how many different directions he's pulled. If you use his services, you may just need to give him a second reminder call once in a while. I don't at all view this as a bad thing when the work is performed so well.

This was just a minor need this time.  Our company uses Indy Computer Guru for all of our IT needs.  He completely set up our system when we moved to a new location, which included running wires through the ceiling and networking a bank of computers.  He explains things to those of us who are computer illiterate.  Fast, friendly, reasonable cost.

I have relied on Indy Computer Guru for all of our home wifi services the last few years.  In short, they are fantastic.  Dave is great to work with and really does a nice job.

Dave took care of the virus and made my computer much faster.  He is so pleasant and polite!  He really took the time to thoroughly answer my questions without making me feel like I was technically challenged (even though I am!). He was about ten minutes late to the appointment, but he called ahead.  He had spent extra time with the client before me, which was fine.  I know he will spend the time necessary with me to get things taken care of thoroughly.   He has helped me many times in the past.  I just feel like it is time I encourage others to take advantage of a great service from a really competent, nice guy.

He was able to successfully set up the wireless router over the telephone in as little as about 20 minutes after spending several frustrating days on the phone to customer service with the router manufacturer who was never able to help. Would recommend.

They do good work and I would use them again.

I left a message at Dave's website late in the evening, hoping that I would hear from him in the morning. I was really impressed when he called me just a few minutes after I left the message and he scheduled an appointment for the next day.  He attacked the problem in a strategic way, checking for issues that are often the cause of my computer's problem. When those didn't resolve the problem, he tried a different approach. Over the more than two hours that he worked on the problem, he installed an up-to-date version of software that he thought might be causing the problem and also reinstalled the security software. He made sure everything was working correctly before he left. I was impressed with how patient he was in attacking the problem, one that I never would have figured out by myself. He explained to me what he had done and also answered several other questions I had. He called me a couple of days later to make sure my computer was still working okay. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the follow-up. I will definitely call Dave again when I need a computer expert.
