He responded to my initial call on the same day , we scheduled the appointment for following day. He called to verify he would be running a little behind. When he arrived very professional diagnosed and made necessary repairs at a reasonable price.

Very well. Everthing was done within the hour I purchased in the advertised "Big Deal". There were no additional costs.

We have an old PC that over the years has gotten slower and slower to the point of absolute frustration. Called Dave and he was able to schedule us for a house call the next day. What a nice young man. He found multiple viruses, trojans, spyware, malware and was able to clear the computer of not only the bad stuff but multiple scanning and antiviral software packages that we had installed ourselves to try to solve the problem. He upgraded our memory and also recommended the best anti-viral and scanning softwares. He is very nice, and did a great job in a minimal amount of time.

He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing, very pleasant to work with and answered any question I had. He got down to business and didn’t waste his time figuring out what the problem was. I appreciated the fact that he did this.

This visit went well and I am very pleased with the job Dave did in setting up my new computer. I will certainly call on Dave again when I need help.

Dave did a great job fixing my wife's computer. We had gotten some malware and it caused her computer to crash completely. He quickly fixed the issue and installed protection software. He was considerate enough to let us know that his previous job was running longer and he came at the projected time. Dave is honest and we would be happy to use his expertise again.

The man was very helpful and showed up on time. He was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing as well. I had lost my contact list and he was able to find it and store it in a safer place. There was one minor issue related to it he wasn’t able to solve, but I was fine with it. I appreciated his help.

He was delayed by about five minutes and called me promptly to explain he would be running slightly later. He was congenial and professional. I have no negatives to report.

They got here when they said they would. He seemed to know his way around the computer. I needed some more memory. He said it was not in the card, so we bought some.

He was here on Tuesday as well. I had a special deal from Angie's List which was $38 per hour. They charged me $95 minus the Angie's List discount. He did an excellent work. His price was very reasonable considering that it was a very high priced market. The quality of work was very good. His responsiveness was excellent.

There was some problem with my computer and I had called them to fix it up. They did come and fixed it up but now the problem was appearing again. The problem now is with my email system. I can get into the email and respond to it but couldn’t enter any new email addresses. But I haven’t had a chance to call him yet because I was busy with other things. They did their work and it was because of the computer care and not because of them that it’s not working and something else is messed up since then. I would rate them high overall. Their price and quality of work was excellent. He came out within a week and that was pretty good. They were very punctual. I would be using them again in the future.

He even showed me how to hook some things up myself to save me some money. He did a nice job and his price was very reasonable. The price listed above was for about 2 and a half hours of work. He is a very personable guy, he even gave me a followup phonecall.

Dave was very flexible with my schedule and very understanding that I had a very old computer and needed to get it working again, as I could not afford a new one. He was able to diagnose my problem and fix it within 20 minutes. He gave me good information regarding my computer and things to do or not do to keep it going.

Dave answered the phone when I called for an appointment. His schedule is very flexible and he offered to work on Sunday if need be. We set up a Tuesday night appointment. On the evening of the appointment, he was running late from a previous client's work and told me he would be to my home soon. I appreciated hearing from him. He needed to search on the internet for the appropriate program to do the job. The right one was found and downloaded. He ran the program and it did some good. Some files were too far gone to retrieve. As we waited for the downloads, he was very helpful in computer advice. He works in both home and business computer environments and so is has a wealth of computer information to share. Dave is very personable and easy to get along with. I highly recommend him for all your computer needs!

I have had a couple of companies in to work on our computers from time to time and either the costs were excessive or they really did not know what they were talking about. Another company took a very long time to fix a problem that ended up costing us hundreds of dollars to repair. Dave was very professional and knew his computers. He is extremely knowledgeable. I would use his services again. I am glad to finally find someone that can come to the house that I trust.

I felt it went very well. He cleared a lot of unnecessary programs from my computer and cleared my temporary internet files which freed up some space on my hard drive. That was my main purpose of purchasing this deal. He also gave me some good advice on what I will need when I purchase my new laptop.

As well as it could, understanding that we lost a computer. He offered advice on buying a new one, but not through him.

I always watch for "Angie's Big Deal" and have never been disapointed. I have been in customer service for 20 years so I tend to expect quality customer service and Dave, owner of Indy Computer Guru did not disapoint me. I like others on here called and expected to leave a message but Dave answered and due to my odd schedule, worked around it and came to my home on a Sunday! I was baking and actually forgot about my appointment when he called to let me know he was on his way. When I told him this he was very professional and offered to reschedule. I of course kept my appointment and Dave arrived on time. He is very knowledgeable but never once made me feel like I was asking a stupid question. He would listen without interupting and after repairs were made he even took the time to show me where to find learning tools on the internet for my interest in learning Microsoft Office 2007. I highly recommend Indy Computer Guru and will definately refer Dave and his exceptional customer service. Thanks Dave!!

I am in graduate school so need my computer operating efficiently. I thought I had picked up a nasty computer virus and needed immediate help. I called a little after 10 pm on April 15, as soon as it look liked I had a virus and expected to leave a message on an answering machine. Instead, Nick answered the phone and made arrangements to come out the next day. He arrived on time, cleaned up my computer, and told me some additional things to do to clean it up, thus saving me money on the bill. I was VERY happy about his responsiveness and professionalism and would strongly recommend him.

I called him, told him what I needed done, he asked a few questions and made some suggestions. I asked him to buy what he said I needed and he did. He even bought two so that I could choose. I've told the story above. I recommend him highly and would never hesitate to use his services again.
