Dave asked for me to detail my PC issues. He quickly corrected the first issue. He then resolved the second issue of getting the external hard drive to be funtional. The last item was then addressed and resolved. Dave then had me to log in to confirm that the solution was truly fixed. He then checked all the computer settings to get optimium performance. He perfomed all tasks in a professional manner. I definitely will use his "dial up" remote service te next time I have a PC issue.

Dave was great. He took a 14 year old desktop and gave it new life. I was told by other computer experts that my Gateway was too old to even try and fix.. He fixed it and also the laptop that my daughter gave me, which had some serious viruses. I think one of the things I liked most about him, was that he explained what he was doing in a language I could understand, and he also had a sense of humor. Dave was great throughout the whole process. Knowing nothing about computers, Dave explained everything that he was doing in a way that was very easy to understand. He is a mobile repair company so the experience is extremely convenient for the customer. Dave will be the one we call in the future with computer repair needs.

I saw the "Big Deal" on Angie's List for an hour of computer assistance at a discounted rate, so I signed up for that. I contacted Dave Follas of Indy Computer Guru in Noblesville, and made an appointment for him to come to my house. He had run into some construction traffic and was running a little late, so he called me to say he was on his way. He immediately saw what my problem was (the wireless router was defective) and went to purchase a replacement as well as a new wireless keyboard. He solved the problem of not being able to connect to the internet right away, and proceded to find other functions on my lap top that needed to be updated. He leliminated several programs never used in order to help make my computer run faster and more efficient. By adding several shortcuts, he was able to provide me with some time saving easier steps to get to the functions I use on a daily basis. He upgraded my virus protection software, which had expired. Over all, he left me with a much more efficient lap top, with the offer to call him if I needed anything additional. I know I will be using Dave again, and I can't wait to tell some of my friends about his company. This was a very good experience, and his costs were very fair. Thank you Dave Follas!

I needed an upgrade on my computer. My computer apparently had viruses, which he found, and I needed several things done to upgrade my computer. He was great, and I used the 15% or $15 coupon, and he honored that. His prices were reasonable. I would use them again in the future if needed.

It went very well. He returned my called very quickly and gave me his prices and how he operates. The deciding factor to use Indy Computer Guru was the fact that he came to the house. The only other computer repair business listed in Angie's List did not come to the house. Dave was punctual and began to diagnose the problem. He was successful in isolating the problems and also did a short scan for viruses. When he finished he started a full scan and decided to leave and allow the computer to go through the scan (for several hours). This saved us having to pay him to sit and watch the computer scan for three more hours. He returned the following day checked the scan results, made recommendations, and took the computer to refurbish it. We feel he was very honest and very knowledgeable. We would definitely use him in the future.

I got ahold of Dave right away and was able to schedule him relatively quickly to check on my computer. He was punctual, professional, and overall a really nice guy. My computer is working wonderfully and he even made friends with my dog.

I am not sure if I'm going to have it repaired at this point or just purchase a new computer. If I do have it repaired, I will definitely consider using this company.

My computer is working much better than before and I have confidence that I will be able to use this computer again, which I was close to having buy a new computer. I will definitely use this service again if I am in the need of it.

He was professional and he did calls to let me know if he was running late from another appointment. He touched base with me a couple of times from his status which was nice. He did a good job I thought on the computer. It was nice to have the discount and it was reasonably priced. I really liked having him come into my home and not having to take it somewhere so he could work on it right here.

He had to come out here twice. I was happy with the work because he got rid of the virus. I got one of the Angie’s List deals for $57; the work cost $57 plus $154.50 actually. It is one guy that owns the company. I would trust him with any problems I have with the computer. I don't have anything to compare his price to; he did give me an Angie’s List discount. I would use him again in the future if necessary.

I called dave & he answered the phone at our arranged time. Meh remotely accessed my pc and began to go to work. After 2 hours he was able to get me to a point where I could complete the task on my own.

A laptop was malfunctioning. The holiday was fast approaching and I knew I needed help. I have worked with the Indy Computer Guri, Dave Follas, in the past, and I know he is thorough, knows what he's doing, and is good! I called, and even though he was swamped with calls, he found the time to come to my residence. He worked quite awhile on the problem. He IS the expert and he does know exactly what he's doing! He is what every computer user needs!

I called and Dave answered promptly. I explained what was happening and fully expected to either have to arrange an appointment for a later time or drop off my computer somewhere. To my absolute delight Dave asked me if I had time right now and if I would want to see if he could help me remotely. Gladly I replied, and we began. It took less than an hour and I was able to access my Excel programs. Dave also assisted in cleaning up my start up processes. This was a truly WONDERFUL experience! Dave was very helpful, patient and made sure I was able to understand what he was doing. I felt completely at ease with the process he used and knew that I could trust him with accessing my system in this manner. Although I had never used his services before, I felt like I had been a long time customer of his. He is very easy to deal with. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND CALLING HIM FOR ANY AND ALL YOUR COMPUTER NEEDS! I know I will!

The price was less than $200 for their services. I was also able to get the guy help me set up a very complex audio video personal home television stereo. He doesn’t advertise for doing that, but he was very kind to do it. He did a great job. I suggested that he put that on his options. There is really a big need for people to come into your home to help you set up the complex equipment. He said that he couldn’t claim to be an expert. He said that he doesn’t want to advertise something and doesn’t want to come out for that reason and not perform. I told him that he could train himself to do it just like anybody else can. I told him that it should be something that he can offer. He was great. He also gave me guitar lessons. He is excellent and he does give guitar lessons. I would call him in a minute. I think his price was fair. I am a professional in my field and he didn’t ask for any more than I would be receiving per hour. The quality of his work was great. His responsiveness was very good. He lets his clients know if he happens to be in the area. If there is anything that you need, then he can stop by. So, he offers his clients that option and it’s nice to know that he is kind of moving around. You don’t have to call to make an appointment and wait for a week or so. He is very punctual and very professional too.

Holy smokes. Bought this printer online -- a huge printer, & a huge logistical headache getting it delivered and hooked up (way out of the league of someone who's not tech savvy, like me; even my brother, who's far more technically proficient, had problems). Finally, after much heartburn and frustration, I called Dave. Glad I did! He came promptly, & was able to network my computer & printer via a router, download the appropriate drivers, and had me up and running in less than half an hour. Printer works like a dream. Will definitely use him again.
