Description of Work: Had a great conversation with a gentleman in there office (can't remember his name) and that I needed an estimate for lawn service. I asked to see some of the lawns they service and was give 2 in my neighborhood. I wasn't impressed nor did they ever come out to give a quote.

 + -1 moreTHEY ROTO-TILLED OUR BRAND NEW SOD ON THE BACK LAWN AND IT HAS NEVER BEEN THE SAME. WE CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND THEY SAID THE LAWN LOOKED FINE TO THEM. WE CALLED TO CANCEL AND THEY KEPT SHOWING UP FOR THREE MONTHS AFTER WE TRIED TO CANCEL!

 + -1 moreTHE MAN THAT CAME OUT WAS NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COULDN'T EVEN TELL ME EXACTLY WHAT WOULD BE DONE TO ERADICATE THE IVY, JUST THAT ''IT'LL BE GONE''. THE COST WAS EXORBITANT. THE NEXT DAY I STARTED GETTING 2 CALLS A DAY FROM SCOTT'S (I SAW IT ON MY CALLER ID, THEY WOULDN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE). WHEN I WAS HERE TO PICK UP THE PHONE, THEY WERE VERY PUSHY WHEN I TOLD THEM I WASN'T INTERESTED AT THIS TIME AND WOULDN'T LET ME OFF THE PHONE. I WILL NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY.
