Description of Work: Ordered a new set of tires from TIRE RACK and had them shipped directly to them, when the tires arrived there, they called me to set up an appointment for installation. the whole process was perfect. have used them many times before and will continue to use them in the future.

Description of Work: Had a leak in one tire. Usually Quality Tire can repair the leak, but it was close to the sidewall, so doubtful a patch would work. I bought a new tire and they were able to get it in a day. Quality Tire is an excellent group of people. They do wonderful work and are really responsive. I have gone to them for years.

Description of Work: We have been taking all of our cars to Quality Tire since we moved to Darien in 1988. Regular oil changes, tires, brakes, etc. The owner is great, and we are on a first name basis with all the guys in the shop. They go out of their way to help us, and their prices are reasonable compared to dealerships and other auto shops. I would highly recommend them. We would never take our cars anywhere else.

Description of Work: I have been using Quality Tire for well over 20 years. Their service and quality are excellent. On this occasion, I had a flat tire that could have been repaired but was marginal so since I was probably within a few thousand miles of needing all the tires needing to be replaced, I decided to replace all four tires. I had the option of having the replacements done at the time but chose to make an appointment for a more convenient time. As always they were polite, courteous and very helpful. | |Quality Tire may not be the cheapest on an individual repair but in the long run they are the least expensive. They have never performed or recommended an unnecessary repair. Honesty and quality are what one looks for in an auto repair organization and Quality Tire is the BEST!

Description of Work: My most recent interaction was a simple oil change. However, I have used Quality Tire & Auto in the past for any service that does not require me to go back to the dealer. I have found them to be a high quality provider with personable, honest employees. They have been straight forward about whether servicing is necessary (at times have recommended that I wait on servicing). If they haven't been able to meet my needs (i.e. body work), they have recommended other high quality alternatives. I find their pricing to be competitive. This is my "go to" auto shop.
