Paul responded within a few hours of submitting our request. On the day of our appointment he called a head to let me know he was coming and arrived on time. Not only did he do the work asked for he pointed out and corrected some issues I had not seen. Great job Paul.

Paul showed up as promised on time and made a temporary fix on my front door deadbolt. Unfortunately, my handleset is a Weslock and he did not have deadbolt parts for it, so he was only able to make a temporary fix until I could get Weslock to ship the broken part and then replace it myself. Locksmiths are expensive in general, so I can't really complain about the cost of his visit.
