Great service and priced as noted in other reviews (which I thought was reasonable). Even returned with 2 new knobs quickly when found out he could not rekey 2 of them (without me having to call him back). Only reason not 5 stars on customer service is the charge of $20 to cut off 2 chains which took about 5 seconds to do. Definitely RECOMMEND!

He arrived within 5 minutes of schedule. He did the extra to make the latch and lock work better than it ever had, and to prevent it breaking again. Found out later he in addition improved the operation of another outside door lock without me asking. He's not much for talking, but he's very good.
