Captain Duct

Appointment between 2-5 pm. The servicemen showed up at 12:30. They started upstairs with the vents and as they were beginning to vacuum the returns, my daughter and son-in-law noticed large dime size drops of blood on the floor of the master bedroom, approx. a 4' x 4' area.
My daughter and son-in-law started asking where it was coming from and the service assistant said that it was him. When they walked over to him, he was still working and his finger was covered in blood, with blood dripping off of it. It was not covered, wrapped or addressed in any way, he just continued to work even after he knew he cut his finger and was badly bleeding. They instructed him to wash his hands and then gave him a paper towel and bandaid to help stop the bleeding. As they returned to the area of the blood, they  noticed it was all over the brush hose also. Then as they were looking to see if there was anything more on the floor they noticed the blood on the bed, soaked through to the mattress.
They continued looking for more blood and found it in the kids bedroom, the walls, the hall, the carpeted stairs. It was even tracked to the first floor because the service men didn't check their feet!! (They found blood smudges on the tile floor at the bottom of the stairs.)  Then they completed the duct cleaning downstairs without changing their shoe covers or wiping their shoes off. So this was tracked throughout the whole first floor as well.
Due to their employees negligence to care for his own finger, Captain Duct has destroyed their mattress and carpeted stairs. It took them 10 business days to refuse to replace the mattress and carpeting and tell them they will spot clean their home. Spot Cleaning does not disinfect blood out of absorbant materials and is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!
