Veronika was on time, did’ cleaning very well.

Arrived at 1:20pm-was very thorough in new work.

Agreed price was $79, first floor only. Lead man on the job attempted to raise the price - I told them to either do it for the agreed price or cancel the order. They did the work, but only cleaned about 75% of the gutters that needed cleaning.

I am very mixed on how to write this review as I found positives and negatives with this company Buyers beware!!! Window washing alone may not render the desire results. Window cleaning (Very different from window washing) is available and comes with a separate price tag. Know the difference or risk being disappointed. I called and spoke to someone at the office about window washing and prices. I was asked on the call if I needed my screens cleaned along with the windows and was told it would be $1.00 extra per window. I accepted. The office then sent a person to my home so the estimate would be accurate. At no time was window washing versus window cleaning explained by either the person on the phone or the person who did the estimate. I was very disappointed with the end results. My windows have spots all over them and simply were not clean. The technician identified the spots as hard water spots. There was also adhesive left on the glass from hanging Christmas lights in the past. Next.-the window screens was another issue...When I asked the technicians why they had not cleaned the screens I was told the screens were metal and could not be washed. I was told the screens had been brushed cleaned instead. I later find out the company offers two types of cleanings for screens. Brushing is one method and cost $1.00 per screen and washing is another method of cleaning that cost $2.00 per screen. This again was not explained on the call. I really felt somewhat taken advantage of here. On the positive side the technicians sent to do the job were prompt and very professional. Immediately after they left my home the office called to see if I was pleased with the work. I could not respond at the time but called the office back within a couple of hours. I explained to that my windows did not look very clean. She was nice and very understanding. She offered to send someone out to quote me another price to remove adhesive and what the technicians identified as water stains. I accepted the offer. After giving it some more thought I called the company back and canceled. I do not feel the company intentionally price gouged. However intentional or unintentional I lost on the deal not them. I cannot bring myself to work with them again.

I specifically asked if I should have my car out of the driveway to avoid debris falling. The provider said no, but we later discovered dings on our car from the hose that was dropped carelessly onto our car.

Everything was good- price, quality, communication. The only issue was that they did not cover the bathroom floor so lots of the bathtub finishing "dust" got all over the slate floor (which is porous and not a smooth surface) so it took several cleanings for me to remove all the dust. I was surprised that they didn't clean it up myself. Small issue compared to really good service tho- I would just mention it before using the service.

The service was unremarkable, yet perfectly fine. I was hoping to have more of the house cleaned, but I had only paid for four hours.

We are very disappointed. The cleaning person was very late for the appointment, and after 6 hours (we did a 4 hour deal) the house was still not even 1/2 clean. I am sure they will say "it was a big house and requires more time" but we have a cleaning person come out once a month, and 4 hours is always plenty of time to get the bathrooms, kitchen and main living areas done. What is even more annoying is that the areas she did supposedly clean, for 6 hours, do not look like they were professionally cleaned. I honestly have no clue what happened but we are shocked that this company gets good reviews.
