I didn't understand that all they could do was like flat, like a drive way or side walk but the couldn't do like the walls of the patio.

Two gentlemen showed up/-one cleaned the garage the other washed windows then helped return stuff to garage. Lots of work on their part-did it well and in a timely manner.

Person was very nice, very quick. He even helped blow our leaves, as we were raking when he came, into a pile for us.

I spoke to a live person on Angie’s List to get this people because I was having trouble with the website. The price was supposed to be $79. Then when I tried to talk to somebody which was difficult because of that person’s perhaps nationality, they were not very clearly communicative. They had brought up that I was farther away than they usually go. I told them that I got the thing from Angie’s List and there was nothing about further distance or anything like this. Then in the anteroom, somebody called me back a couple of days later from that company to schedule a time to come out to do the cleaning. So, in the meantime, they came out and did the cleaning. They were supposed to do two-downspout cleanings. What they did for downspout, the guy got up the roof and banged down the downspout with his hand. They did not take a hose. They did not flush out the downspout. They did not do this or that. Then the bottom line is I get my American Express bill and I see a charge of $29.99 because I was out of the service area for this company which was a complete shock to me that I get charged other than the published charge Angie’s List indicated for this firm. I was not happy to see that additional charge added to my thing especially the guy came out here and banged on my gutter with his hand that constituted the gutter downspout cleaning. I was shocked to see a charge for out of whatever they call it, distance because I made that contact with Angie’s List verbally because I was having trouble with the website and there was never any mention of that. Thirty-dollars is not going to break me, but it is not good for business to do something like that to surprise somebody. What he did for gutter downspout cleaning was a joke. I would not use them again even to do a dog house gutter.

It went extremely well. They came the next day and cleaned a patio that had never been cleaned before and removed stains i didn't think could be removed. My windows were so clean you couldn't even see the glass! I really enjoyed my experinece

Very happy with this service. I was not home when the work was performed, therefore George sent me the before and after pictures to my phone to show the work was completed to my requirements before leaving. Will be calling them in the future, maybe for some window cleaning or deck work next :)

The provider was hired to clean our gutters and to do a gutter inspection. Several messages were sent back and forth where I specifically asked about the gutter inspection. The technician was at our home for 10 - 15 minutes cleaning the gutters, then advised that he was done and that the downspouts were unclogged - that the gutters really were clean - and that one of the gutters was positioned in a way that would make it difficult for the water to drain. He also advised that he does not do inspections - that he will only tell us what he did and show pictures to prove that his work was done. He attempted to have my husband sign a blank survey, but he did not do so. I talked to Anastasia, who told me that the gentleman that came out was one of their best, and that gutters only take between 10 - 30 minutes to complete, but that if they're really bad it can even take an hour. She said it sounds like he did a good job and assured me that if we had problems we could call and they would take care of it. Later, our lawn care vendor came out and my husband was speaking with him about the gutters. He just tapped the gutters, and all of this debris along with pine needles came out in clumps from the downspout. My husband and I were incredulous - it now was confirmed that the technician did NOT do the job. I contacted Amruss, spoke with Victoria and explained what had just occurred. She said she'd have someone come out and take care of the problem. Well, they sent the SAME technician out, and this guy did not do one more thing to the gutters - he simply defended his position and the work he had previously done - NOT ONE MORE THING. He told my husband that we should have only gotten their $40 inspection service, as our gutters were clean. Obviously the downspouts were NOT clean, however, if all of that debris could come out with just a few taps. We paid $120.00, and feel like we were simply ripped off - like someone robbed us. So, I look and see that they have all of these good ratings. Could that be because they have people sign surveys that are blank, and they fill in whatever it is that they choose to? Perhaps this is not the normal experience with this provider, but we decided not to deal with them at all going forward - absolutely NOT! We're new to Angie's list and have had a few different services performed, and they were done SO well - we were thrilled! With Amruss, absolutely not - will not recommend or use them again. VERY disappointed - borderline ANGRY!

They were great. They did charge me more because my house has high square footage. I would use them if I had another deal. They came from kind of a distance so we will probably find someone a bit more close that wont charge extra for the square footage. Their service was great but I wasn't expecting the $15. They even sent pictures of it afterwards to my phone.

I was not greatly impressed with the price value for what they did.I thought the price was high.They were able to do everything but I expected more. They did the basic, simple cleaning involving water wash but I was expecting them to move things around and take certain things out. They should have told us the scope of the work so that we are knowledgeable of the value of the big deal before we purchased it. The workers were okay. I didn't understand what they were saying.

It went fine except that they did have an additional charge. I think it was for the roof or something. I had to pay extra. Quality was average. I didn't have to be there so that was good. They needed to just go ahead and state that they included the garage in the total price.

They were here for 3 hours or 4 hours, and it wasn't enough. Whatever she did was okay, and she could only do the kitchen and downstairs, and then said that her time was up and she was gone. I wasn't happy with that either. I didn't pay anything more than the big deal. She could have done more work for the 3 hours, at the end not much was done.

Amruss was a pleasure to work with! They were professional and prompt. I would definitely use their services again.

It was bad. They didn't do a good job. I have had window cleaning done before, and these guys count one small window as one, and things like that. I wasn't happy with them. The price was not the issue, the kind of work and number of windows was the issue. He said there were too many windows, so he didn't want to do all the windows. The windows he did were okay. My windows are simple, they didn't even need to climb up stairs, it was very easy to do. They seem to be nice guys, but the way they advertised, it was deceptive to me. For me I expected them to do all the inside and outside of windows.

Arrived in timely manor, worked diligently until job done. Cleaned up all suppliers.

Great experience. Both workers George and Johnny came out and were efficient and thorough with their work. I was also pleased when I received a call from the office in the morning asking if it was ok if the workers came early. Great customer service. Will definitely use again.

They were immediately responsive to my request for an appointment and I was able to get an appointment within the same week. I was surprised that they were still able to come and do the work considering the awful weather and wind. They did an efficient job and showed my husband photos of the second story gutter cleaning they did.

On Feb. 16 I emailed to Izabela Skalna, "Through Angie's List, I bought a $99 gutter cleaning from you. When the guys arrived, I told the man who rung my doorbell that you had said in an email that you also would clean the garage gutters if they fell within the 3,000 sq' limit. He didn't believe me; told me the garage always is +$20, and asked me to print out the email which I claimed existed. So, I went to the trouble of finding and printing out the email. At that point, your man said that it didn't matter because the garage would bring the total over 3000 sq'. He also said my house was 2800 - 2900 sq'. As I told him, I know from real estate tax papers that the house is between 2200 and 2300sq'. This all left a "bad taste." (It may be that the total, with the garage, would be over 3000sq', but I'm not sure. I haven't measured the garage.) I couldn't watch them work cuz I had 2 young grandchildren in my care. I did go out occasionally. At one point, I saw a lot of leaves blowing all around. At the end, I asked them about cleaning up leaves in the particular area where I'd seen the leaves blowing from on high. They said, "Oh, no; all those leaves already were on the ground." I doubt it. The clean-up also wasn't great in other respects. Aside from anything arguable, such as a the amount of dirt on the small peaked roof over my front door, unquestionably they left a bunch of debris on my front steps that had not been there before. After they left, I also saw that they had knocked a front piece of gutter onto the ground. It's a semi-circle, of maybe 4" diameter. Now that I have your email address, I will send you a photo of it. It may be that they did a great job cleaning the gutters. I don’t know how to tell that unless I test with a hose or observe the performance of the gutters in a rain storm (when the weather is better), but in general I was not thrilled." This was followed by an exchange of e-mails. They did agree to clean the garage gutters for no further charge, and they did that on Saturday, 3/19. But they also had promised to repair the gutter piece that was broken off. They were to do that on Saturday too. When I returned home, I found that they had not repaired it; they merely stood the broken piece up in the gutter, with gaps around it, through which water will gush. When I complained, the answer was that they hadn’t broken it. It’s true that the gutters are old and that there are some rusty areas (as he said), but they did break-off this part. And since, for weeks, they had the photos of the broken piece and where it came from, it’s hard for me to understand how they went from promising to repair it to refusing to repair it, ... although they apparently sent out the same man who was a bit of [fill in curse word] on the initial visit.

Great job – efficient, friendly – thorough job – Did much more than I expected.

I found this company through an Angie's List promo. Our deck is not fancy or complicated, it just needed to be cleaned and waterproofed. Even though it is small, we've had other companies do this for us in the past and it was very expensive. This company did a great job, at a reasonable price, and no one had to be home for the service. It is now the end of March 2016, and the water is still beading up on the deck, and looks really nice. I would definitely use them again for this service.

Arrived at 1:20pm-was very thorough in new work.
