Two very polite gentlemen arrived on time and quickly washed the inside and outside of 25 casement window. While they didn't wash the screens, they removed them and then replaced them. They worked quickly and efficiently. My only complaint is that they did not replace all the screens securely.

Great... I can't believe the employee came out on the day that he did, it had to have been the hottest day of the summer. So, we just kept giving him water. But, he was on time, did the job admirably, even cleaned a few extra windows for free for the already paid cost. He was not able to clean our skylight, because of the height angle of our roof. They did ask me to pay a $20 travel fee since the driver was coming from Licolnshire and we live in Buffalo Grove.

She came on time and got right to work. Very professional due to time constrains. There were some areas. She was unable to get to, this was not her fault. I should have contracted for more time. The areas. She did were great and I'm very impressed.

Fine! Amruss contacted me to schedule a pickup, they came and picked up the screens (they removed them for me) on a Friday and returned/reinstalled them the next Friday. Everything went smoothly and the screens look great.

Great. Communicated via email, thus no phone tag. Deck had not been cleaned or stained last year and this company did a great job. Also, they cleaned the outside windows if stain got on them.

It went very well. They made the appointment the same day that I purchased the deal and showed up as promised.

Work was good, service was excellent. Arrived exactly on time. They were extremely flexible and patient with me as my schedule changed a couple of times as we were converting our home into a rental property and things went haywire on my end and that the windows need to be perfectly cleaned to enhance the staging at our showing. As I said, the work was good, I was upsold to do the patio doors, and they promptly corrected a couple of dirty spots and smudges as soon as I pointed them out. I do believe that patience and flexibility count for something. Good job!

They communicated well about timing and when I added window cleaning after the fact, explained charges. everything went well..

Arrival window was 1:00-2:00. I took a long lunch to wait. I called Amruss at 1:50 to check on arrival time. There was no answer. I waited until 2:05 and went back to work (very close to home). I got a call from Amruss at 2:15 apologizing for delay and asking me to go home to clarify street parking. Uh,no. I waited for an hour. Luckily, my boyfriend was still at my house and he let the cleaner in, gave my instructions, and clarified street parking. Overall, I'd say the job was well done. I asked for a few specific areas cleaned (two baths, one kitchen, living, dining and family room. I also wanted stairs vacuumed). I arrived home to a clean house that smelled nice. I didn't do any picking up beforehand and our stuff was all neatly piled in areas for us to put away ourselves. I think this is the second or third time I've had my house cleaned (in over 20 years) so I don't have much of a baseline to gauge cleanliness from. Could I clean it better? Yes. Do I have the time? No. Do I think it was worth the $99 Angie's List deal? Absolutely. I did stop home after work and the cleaner was still there. She was very pleasant.

They were on time, quick, and did what they had to do. They were slightly hard to understand but they did a great job!

It went wonderfully. Sava came and gave estimate for the initial job and, knowing we needed further work, gave estimate also of any further cost to complete the work. The deal was for $289 for a smaller deck but ours was larger so it cost more but for an additional $249 for replacement of wood and stuff it was cheap by most standards. It was an amazing job and deal. He lifted heavy barrels and pots of plants and stuff we needed to clear the deck. He knew we couldn't help him, as we were handicapped, but he did all the heavy work with no complaint. After paint dried he promised to come back and replace the items to the deck for us!! We'd actually forgotten til he called and said he was in area and could he come by to finish. He even fixed and painted a potting bench I had to match the deck! This company was so good at returning emails and phone calls I was shocked. You don't find service like this anymore!!! Am using them again for future services.
