The person arrived an hour early and had difficulty working because I had scheduled another service to work on something else and they were in each others way. Note: i scheduled based on the time window AMRUSS gave me. The guy who showed up didn't want to power wash the ceiling at all and he said that wasn't covered in the deal. The only reason he continued was because I was ready to cancel the service and get refund. He did a decent job of power washing but only worked for an hour though I paid for two.

The work performed was excellent. The man finished early and spent the remaining time helping me clean up. My only qualms were: (1) the office lady complained when I told her that I was located in the city because they are located in the suburbs and (2) I took time off of work to accommodate their guy's schedule --he was going to be in the city that morning-- and apparently he finished his morning job early, which resulted in multiple requests by the office lady for me to leave work and meet her guy at my condo so that he wouldn't just be standing around waiting for me. Overall, the guy did really great work for an affordable price.

I selected this provider because I had an upcoming wedding event at my home and selected them due to their high rating. I was disappointed with their lack of commitment and guest service consideration. The appointment with an 8-10am start time led to me anxiously awaiting their arrival (sitting near the front door by 7:55am). By 9:30 and no one in sight, I thought they may have cancelled so checked my email. There was an email at 8:38 saying their cleaner arrived 10 minutes earlier and would wait until 9am. There was no door bell ring, no knock on the door or attempts to knock on the two other doors from our deck that would have alerted me during that 40 minute period. So I immediately emailed the company at 9:35 to ask them to send this cleaning person back as I had been here the entire time. Their response was that she had been sent along to the second customer of the day(even though it was before 10am) -- my scheduled start time. I had already left 3 voicemails that this service was needed today due to the upcoming wedding. They did not return my calls but replied on email that it was not possible to return today but could do it next Monday (which would be Labor Day). When I questioned if they had gone to the right house , they provided a description of the right house but noted the doors that the cleaner went to were the garage service door and laundry room door (not the front door on other side of the house). At this point, I realized I just needed to get started cleaning to stay on track for the wedding weekend schedule so phoned Angie's list for a refund. Amruss then offered sending a 2-man crew at 2pm only after I threatened to provide this feedback on-line as testimony to their poor guest service and lack of accountability for their employee not knocking on the front door or other 6 doors around our house( looking for us in the 40 minutes they supposedly waited). Also it was disheartening that the company manager could not place a common courtesy call to talk to me (on number provided on email and VM) vs. hiding behind the email. So my experience serves as a warning on how this company will stand behind their work, on the integrity of their workers, and whether they want repeat business because they provide a quality experience. Perhaps it worked out better that they didn't come as their work would have been a disappointment.

Ira did a great job. The entire house looks perfect. She cleaned all floors, was on time end very pleasant.

At first, they did not show up at the time arranged which was between 10:00am and Noon. After a call to them they showed up about 2:00pm. Once here they did a GREAT job. Everything was done to my expectations. I would hire them again. A few streaks after they left but as everyone knows the sun does that to newly washed windows. They might have had 3 streaks (on the entire job) easily removed by me. If I had done this job myself when the sun set I would have had hundreds of streaks on every window. I am so glad I hired them!!!!

George did a great job. He was on time, personable, asked about specific goals I had for the trip. He was quick and was careful not to stamp on my plants. I would hire George again. I asked if we could exchange clearing out one high gutter for not doing inside windows. He agreed and it was done.

The job went great. Service was completed quickly, on time and at less price than some other companies. They did a great job - very clean, professional, they covered everything when painting, put everything back when they were finished.

Great. This is our second time using Amruss. They were on time and did a great job of cleaning gutters and downspouts in anticipation of our house sale.

I was disappointed in the job they did and I don't know what the gentleman was using to wash my windows.

Veronika was polite, extremely efficient, worked continuously for 4 house. took direction as well as seeing things that needed attended to. in short is an excellent worker.

It went great, guys came to give me a free estimate on painting my siding, and the price was very reasonable and they scheduled me immediately for this job as weather was very nice , and they did a great job, i have used them before for other services and i am always satisfied.

Outstanding work. Very professional and accommodating with scheduling. Technician George was polite, thorough and completed the job ahead of expected time. I was so impressed with their work and reasonable prices, I had them back for additional work.

The representative was very responsive, asked how she did and also review her work.

Ira arrived between 8 & 9 as promised....I showed her areas I wanted taken care of....however she had another job to get to so she was unable to wash kitchen floor. I was very pleased with her work and will have her come out again soon.

She was very quiet and spent time dusting removing, cleaning cabinets outside and inside.

Very good, they were very patient with my multiple rescheduling. They did a great job on my back stone patio and wall of the house that was previously charred by the bbq grill. Looks super clean!

The lady that cleaned did a fabulous job. No complaints there at all. But making the actual appointment was frustrating. They had no available times after my purchase for 2 weeks. Then we were out of town and again upon returning had about a 2 week wait to get someone to clean.

Very well. She worked very hard the whole time she was here. She accomplished a lot. This was our first with a cleaning person.

Professional & fast. I was extremely pleased with the work conducted by this company. It was the first time that I had used them.

The worker George was diligent and very good.
