It went very well. They were courteous. They got here on time. I had an overall good experience.

Amruss called and give me a 1-hour window for their employee to arrive. He arrived within the window and was friendly and polite. He used a ladder and spent about 2 hours power-washing my home and did a thorough job. I would use Amruss again for this service, and I would recommend them to anybody.

After Nick introduced himself, in quite a gentlemanly matter. The team clean the inside and outside of our windows very thoroughly almost couldn't tell there was glass. The cleaning was done in a clean and orderly manner, at the same time the team was very courteous and polite. This was the first time we used Amruss and we are considering to use them again in our other home and Crystal Lake if you servers that area? Plus the cost was the lowest of all the window cleaning services that I searched out. Doesn't let me put that on the costbut I think that's important. What additional, I think the people that had very low ratings, must've had a different company do the job or management really did their job by correcting the issues that were brought up. PS: Wasn't able to go back to put in $$

Exceptionally fast response time. Had a minor communication issue where some boards were not replaced as intended. They came out within a day or two and replaced the boards on my deck as requested.

Very well. They arrived on time and worked efficiently, doing an excellent job. (Only reservation is that they DO NOT take credit cards. I had to pay with cash or check.)

There were 2 young men. Their work pleased my wife (need I say more?). The came promptly and finished the job in about 1 hr. The were polite and respectful. It was a rainy day si they removed their shoes when they came in from the outside.

Our housekeeper arrived ready to clean! We had the coupon special for four hours, so she didn't make it through the whole house, but what she did complete was well done. She did a great job! She was very pleasant and professional, while also doing a very detailed and thorough job.

George from Amruss Home Improvement Inc came to perform the work. He sounded a confident person, but after he did the work.. I reviewed a few windows (accessible thru patio), i found that caulking was completely missing from upper edges of window. This guy didn't chop off old/dry caulking before putting the new one. I was extremely disappointed with my decision to choose this vendor. I created video and sent to Amruss Home Improvement Inc to check out the pathetic work done at my house.

We were very satisfied with the work performed by Amruss. I added to the scope of the project and they were able to accommodate my request and complete all work.

They did a nice job. They came right away. They were right on time.

Everything went well. The employee was courteous and did a professional job.

Went great!! They came right when they said they would, and went the extra mile to ensure the downspouts as well as the gutters were clear and working properly. The guy that came by even took the time to show me one of the biggest culprits, a plastic McDonald's cup that flew up in a storm and was stuck half-way down a downspout. I would use them again in a heart beat.

The woman arrived on time and got straight to work. She did a great job, I just didn't schedule her for enough time. Given what was needed, she did really good job in the time scheduled.

It really was a very bad experience. I wished I had used the window washing company that I had used last year. I felt that the offer was "a come on" to charge more money for what I thought would be included in the service. He told me my windows were French windows and each one would count as two windows toward the total count (as opposed to one window). When he gave me the approximate cost to do all the windows, the price went from $115 to $246. I basically told him that was unacceptable. We agreed on the windows that he would clean outside, which sine if them ended up looking very streaky. He cleaned the outside window above my front entryway. There is decorative wrought iron bar in front of this bottom window for safety. There were cob webs all over the wrought iron. When he cleaned the window, he did not clean the webs. I would not recommend this company.

Think I was too far out of their service area, as dates I suggested were ignored, and the work was done when I was not there. Found the quality was not what I would have expected: smears instead of squegee; wanted to go out and clean debris I noticed, and was not sure if the high windows had been done.

They were very prompt, and they did good work with a quick turnaround, although there were some communication issues. I had purchased a deal through Angie's list, which I believed was an all-in price. When they came to pick up the screens, they tried to charge me a $20 pickup/delivery fee. Nowhere in the deal was such a fee mentioned, nor was that mentioned to me when I called to schedule the appointment. So the guy who came to pick up the screens ended up calling the boss, and after some discussion, she agreed to waive the fee since that had never been disclosed. Because they waived the fee after our discussion, I gave them high marks for professionalism for doing the right thing - had they not, they would have gotten a lower grade. So I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - just make sure to ask about any additional fees when working with them.

The job went OK - it could have been a little neater as I have white caulk on the brick by the windows - also it looks as though the caulk is already separating from the windows in a few areas.

They were fine except that they forgot to clean one window. I just realized that until couple weeks later. He was a great guy and he worked hard. He forgot to clean the windows in my dining room. I asked him if he had done it yet and he said no but he did them. He forgot to do my garage. They were fine. It was a good deal. He came shortly after that. There was one problem. He was supposed to come and I guess he couldn't come but then he made it up.
