The work was excellent. I had no problem with them. It was great. The service was excellent. They were very prompt. They were fabulous. They knew what they were doing. They cleaned up and answered all my questions. The service technician was just excellent. It was a very good deal. They were great. They were wonderful. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Amruss are my go to folks for gutter cleaning. I have used them over the last several years since joining Angie's list. They always show up on time and do a good job. I will continue to use them in the future.

Excellent work. He showed up right on time, looked around, answered my questions and got started. I will definitely hire them again for the same job and possibly others.

The window washer came and said he would first have to check the windows and give me an estimate. The deal was for 36 windows and I said I didn't think I had 36 windows. He came back and said I actually had 38 windows because the sliding windows I have are counted as 3 windows each. He said he would have to charge me an additional $58 - which is a 50% increase over the cost of the entire deal! I said I would not pay the increase and got the deal refunded.

Amruss washed my windows and cleaned the screens. They were very timely and very thorough. It looked like a totally different room when they were done!

I called 2 weeks ago and was told I'd receive a call back. I called again a few days later and again this week. Still no response. Very unprofessional and first time this has happened with someone on Angies list.

He just scheduled things and he just showed up at the house. It worked out and he did a good job. He was very conscientious. He was on time. His appearance was clean. He was polite and trustworthy. He did a nice job.

Fine. The work was completed in a timely manner. They arranged to pick up the windows and were delivered with new screens a few days later. It would have been earlier but the email communication was missed initially by me. Overall experience was very good.

superbly. I wasnt home when services were performed but I was so impressed with the completed work. He cleaned ALL my windows including a tiny one in my closet.

The housekeeper did acceptable job, and was very, very nice - she was very young, and it seemed like she had very limited experience, but was learning on the job. She cleaned twice a month, and the last scheduled time she didn't show up. I wondered if there had been a mixup, and waited to see if she showed up. She didn't so I messaged the company - I wanted to ensure that she was ok and reschedule. That was May 9th, and we still haven't heard a word. So, things were fine, the service was ok, but the responsiveness and professionalism get a failing grade. I still can't figure out what happened, but I do know we will seek service elsewhere.

It was okay. We added some more windows because the package had limited windows so we paid a little bit extra. He went extra to clean the window that was at the first floor. From the outside we saw that it was behind the bushes. He somehow managed to open that window and clean that. He went extra and it was some kind of challenge to reach out to that area and made sure that he took care of those.

they did a very good job, they did 4 skylights in my family room, from everything i could see, it looked great, when i went outside and looked, all the dirt from the outside of the house was in my stairwell now from the power washing of the bricks outside. i had to work myself a clean all that up. that was the only disappointment i had with this company. window cleaning was fine, the power washing was a mess.

Amruss Home Improvement Inc's price was okay. Here's the thing, he arrived an hour earlier than he was supposed to and I had another crew working on something and he was pissed that he couldn't get started so it's a hard thing to determine because technically, he was punctual, he was on time; he's actually early but, you know, he could've called and said, "Hey, I'm gonna be early." I could've said, "No, don't come early", you know. The communication could've been better. I know you can't include all that but, the guy got here and we were fighting, so yeah. I'd probably not use them again in the future.

4 windows and 1 door were picked up in 10/13/16. The items were returned on 10/20/16. The screens are beautiful.

Deal was purchased on 8/9/16. I provided 3 dates for service 9/15, 9/23 and 10/13. On 9/6, I received and email to set a date. We agreed to the 10/13 date between 12 and 2. On the date I received a call. The vendor wanted to come at 11:00. By the time I went downstairs at 11:00, the work was complete. Judging by the amount of garbage that came out of the gutters, they did a excellent job. So the service was prompt and efficient.

It went well. The day of the repair the company called to see if it would be okay if he came early, which worked with my schedule. The young man, Nick, arrived on time and began working on my mailbox. He did borrow a couple of my tools (shovel, etc) which was fine by me. I had bought a pressure treated mailbox post which I had assumed he would need. Instead, Nick put a metal post in the quickrete to provide the support for the mailbox. It has been a couple days and it is still up and not leaning, so I am happy.

The windows were cleaned, but not without a lot of sloppy mess left for me to clean up. The windows do look much better, but it seems that no one cleans up after themselves anymore. A dropcloth or newspapers put down prior to the wash would have been helpful.
