They showed up on time and performed the work very quickly.

He showed up as scheduled and went right to work. We have 8 large slider windows, a set of patio doors, a picture window with 2 more sliders, 3 storm doors and 3 inner doors that have windows. He cleaned them all inside and out. He worked fast and did a great job.

Crew came out to do some tile job, they did bathroom re-caulking. Service was great, technicians were polite and they knew what they are doing, office was very nice and scheduled me pretty fast.

The girl did a fantastic job cleaning but the company itself was very hard to schedule repeat visits. I tried calling and emailing many times with no response.

It went very well. The guys were courteous and explained what they had done. They carefully caulked the window and cleaned up after themselves. Job well done.

There was a delay in getting initial call following the 9/25/16 request and initial payment. I had to call her to set appointment. My wife changed her schedule to accommodate and then they DID NOT SHOW. I called when they did not show and was given and apology and we rescheduled. When they finally did show, we contracted for the additional screens and tracks but they were not done completely. Tracks were not cleaned, screens were left out of tracks, furniture moved away from the wall and not put back as well as dirt from the tracks left all over the floor. When I contacted Izabella and inquired if someone had inspected her crews work before they left my home she assured me someone had which made me more angry as this was apparently intentional. So I insisted she have them come back out. After about a week they did come out and most of the work was done but furniture still left away from walls, dirt from tracks on the floor and one screen left out. I gave up and finished the work myself. Izabella also said she would invoice be for the added services but did not do so for a long period of time in fact is was just last week, 11/11/16, the invoice showed up. I had even thought maybe she was not billing be as compensation for my bad experience. No such luck. Not even a discount. So that is the way it is. Not a very good Angie's list FIRST experience. Don't know if I want to risk it again. Price was good but as they say, "you get what you pay for", and this time that may have been right.

Ok. I kept having the feeling that the main worker wanted to be sure he didn't want to wash one inch of glass beyond what he was paid for.

Work was done promptly and well. I would have like to have the skylights on my second floor cleaned but provider wasn't prepared to do that, I would also have preferred that the area around windows and sills been cleaned.

Our cleaning lady was excellent, worked very hard and very through!

The cleaner arrived on time and did a very good job. I would recommend this company again.

I had described the project, put up a cabinet that had fallen,,,,if I was strong enough, I would have done it myself. Two guys walked in, checked the cabinet, they then actually asked me if "I had screws"? I was aghast! What "Handyman" doesn't have a tool box with all kinds of screws,bolts, etc. to bring to a job? They went out to the van and brought in a wall anchor kit with screws in it They then stood on the counter to put up the cabinet, not using a ladder. While they were tightening up a door on the cabinet, I heard wood cracking. They responded that it was "already cracked" I told them they were done,,,,,,so they were there 20 minutes of the 2 hours. I didn't want them to do any further damage. I learned my lesson, never hire an Angies List special again. Next time I will wait until my real A list, the Build Group is available.

They were nice to deal with. They cleaned the outside of the windows nicely. I did check everything and they were clean.

Really bad. They did like the front door and they did the patio door and it was a sloppy mess and that's the only thing they did, they didn't do any of the windows or anything else. They were supposed to be caulking the windows and doors. And I don't really want them to come back because they did a really sloppy job, that's why I didn't say anything. They didn't do what they were supposed to do int the first place, and the two things that they did do were something I could have done, yeah it was awful.

The big deal with Izabela Skalna Inc turned out fine. We've had them in the past. She's very reliable, she's dependable, something that we would do again. If a family member or a neighbor was considering working with this provider I'd say she go ahead and do it. The price was fair.

It worked out fine. They came, they were very personable, they spoke good English. Sometimes I have trouble communicating and in this case there was a particular thing that I needed them to pay close attention to and that is, I have stupid birds that like to build the nests in the downspout. They were really good, they spent a good amount of time. I can see the gutters along my garage. Obviously I'm not going on the roof to take a look at the upper ones and they were clean as a whistle. They really cleaned them right down to the bottom. I don't know how long it had been since they had been professionally cleaned because I only bought the house two years ago. There were no additional fees, but I did tip them. They were good, they were timely, they paid attention, they used my hose at one point, they coiled it back up and put it on the holder. They didn't leave crap on my sidewalk. They did an okay job.

The woman they sent over was extremely kind and professional. She did an excellent job and was very careful with my finishes.

I bought a coupon for $99 for 4 hours of cleaning from this provider. Despite multiple emails and voicemails, I never got a response. Angie's List has agreed to refund me.

The person did a very good job and pointed out the ares where he was not able to remove everything and explained why. He also went completely around the house and asked if I was satisfied or wanted anything done over.

This worked alright. Some of the fine prints had not been understood. It was quoted as $110 or whatever the cost was for a house that included 30 windows but that was only if there was no screens and there were not older widows like ours was so it would have been an extra $200 to have done the older windows with every screen being $2 extra. They were expecting a lot easier windows (to do). But I would think our windows would be typical for Chicago -- you know, original 1920 windows and they were looking for something that was vinyl that they could clean from the inside. Also this does not have to be outside. They did do it, but they did some more critical windows that we agreed they could for a $100. Their price was comparable to what we had done. It wasn't a better deal than we had done years before My wife did not read the fine print when they arrived. It was probably a deal we should have not taken, but it worked out well enough. I just did not want to have overcharges. They had to put the screens and storms back in. I had to go back and redo them so we can open windows and have screens operable.

The work was excellent. I had no problem with them. It was great. The service was excellent. They were very prompt. They were fabulous. They knew what they were doing. They cleaned up and answered all my questions. The service technician was just excellent. It was a very good deal. They were great. They were wonderful. I would absolutely use them in the future.
