The technician, Nick, did a good job to replace the shower door.

Unfortunately, I wan't home. I had literally just cleaned my deck before I left to go grocery shopping. When I got back there were black globs of gutter dirt and black leaves all over the deck in front of the door and along the side of the house and on and in my air conditioner unit. The reason I selected this company was that other reviews commented on how clean the place was after them. I guess I didn't get the same crew. It also took them a while to respond. I purchased the service on 12/8 and I didn't hear from them until Jan 2nd.

It was divided into 2 separate services of 4 hours a piece. The 1st one was marginal. The 2nd one was very good. We concluded it was dependent on the cleaning person that was sent. In the future they should get better people to come out. I would use them again if we could get the 2nd woman and not the first.

Discovered that a couple of tiles were loose and that the dry wall was wet and moldy. He fixed it.

It was difficult to reach someone at the company via phone and email. When I did reach someone, they could not find the deal I purchased, but told me they would call me back. I never heard back from anyone.

Arrived promptly and did a beautiful clean job. We have hired others to do this before and the work has been messy. I'm very pleased with the job they did.

When I wasn't home the first time they were going to come out, they were so accommodating and fit me in again quickly before the weather got too cold. They went out of their way to make me happy. Will definitely use them again for both gutter cleaning and possibly other work needed.

It turned out and he pointed it out I had a gutter that was clogged and he explained the gutter was kind of curved in the middle and that's part of the reason why when it stormed it wouldn't drained through the down spout it would do like a water fall there, it wasn't his fault but he kind of explained it but I have a feeling a couple things happen one was they used my hose in the front of the house the back of the house which I don't mind but he dropped the hose and it broke the nuzzle the water nuzzle on it and he never said anything until after he left well he didn't say anything at all but I recognized it after he lefty and it had broke because they had drop it from up on the roof and it hit the concrete and the handle on it cracked off so basically I had to replace it with my own money, but it seem like two there was a few gutters like on the other side of the garage where my hose would not reach that they didn't clean it all and it was just one of those thing where they I spent what was it seventy nine eight bucks and it turned out they were there like no more than twenty minutes and I thought they would be little bit more thorough plus the broken nuzzle just kind of didn't make me feel good about the fact that they knew that it had happen but they didn't say anything.

The guy was telling me whatever I purchase was for didn't include storms and they didn't explained that. They gave me like we could do twenty regular size windows or fifteen for that price and when they came out they said well you have storms and those are extra so I had to get on the phone with his boss and talked to him about that because the guy that came out for cleaning was really really was not emphatic at all he couldn't care less type of thing he was out to do this job that he was told to do he was kind of making his own decision on the amount of windows to do verses what I was told when I purchased it, it turned out the did storms on a few ones for the same price but you can tell the guy was made recuse he didn't get what he wanted and I'm sure he was getting paid for it based on the amount of windows he does right and I think his boss compensated him for the fact that he had do a few more windows for that price basically the boss took the brunt of the expense and make sure the person was actually doing the windows was paid appropriated it sounded like, it was not a good experience.
