Due to traffic, workman arrived late but he was proficient and did an excellent job. Caulk was old and difficult to to remove.

It seemed to work well. There were no additional charges. I think price was reasonable. I don't know what other companies are charging but I'm sure it couldn't be less than that. At least, they removed the leaves. I was satisfied. There was no problem.

The price was fair and they were very timely. They even had an opening a week earlier than originally scheduled. The grout work was done well but he chose to use some product I had picked up at Home Depot and then indicated it didn't need to be sealed. I am concerned about that. I am highly disappointed in the caulking. It appears that they just caulked over the old molded caulk causing a very large seam along the bathtub. I had a shower stand in the corner and instead of moving it to caulk into the corner, they just stopped at the post, leaving the corner completely in-caulked, which shows the old caulk through it. They did not caulk on corner from ceiling to tub and on the second corner they only went up half way! Two separate color caulks so this is extremely obvious! This is very unacceptable and will cost me both time and money to correct. I have included pictures of the lower corner of the tub where the caulk does not meet, a picture of the width of the "cover up" and the section towards the ceiling showing where the caulk stopped and the old caulk is still showing. I will not be using this company again.

They provided good, fast work. They explained a blockage that was impeding flow to my satisfaction.

I told them not to come before 10am. Around 11 an inspector showed up to check on the work. I told him that I wasn't even aware they came. He said they were there early. When he checked the gutters it turns out that the second floor was not done as well as the garage. I appreciate the fact that they had someone follow-up on the job and fix any issues but said that they didn't come based on the time I stated and they didn't do the entire job.

They bulked when they discovered the gutters have wire mesh screens over them. They said they could take them off and do the work, but not put them back on. The owner of the house did not want to have them removed permanently, so they said they could not do the job. I was disappointed that they would come all the way out to a site and not do a job. I would have paid extra just to get it done. They said I could get a refund from Angie's since it was within the 30 days but that opened up another headache I was unhappy to deal with. Otherwise they were on time, very polite and communicative.

Great job. Gutters were cleaned and they cleaned up the premises after.

I placed the request on a Friday afternoon. They arrived the next day in the late afternoon and worked in the dark to complete the job before the storm hit.
