He was extraordinary! More professeional, extremely polite, a joy! We will definitely use him again and are eager to refer him to anyone who needs help. He was efficient, and came the same day, which he told us he tries very hard to do when a leak is involved. He also showed us pictures he took of the damage & repair!

Not well. Scheduling was difficult. The first appointment had to be cancelled due to notifying on the day of appointment that he would be late. Then on the next appointment, there was another call just before the appointment that the service person would be early, which was OK, but my wife had to deal with him, not me.. He could not do the grout on our tile bathroom and shower, so he only did the seams around the corners and bathtub. He ran out of clear grout, so couldn't do much and left early. He was here less than an hour but was supposed to be here two hours. I thought your service was a professional referral service, You should have anticipated such problems. Even if I could get a refund, I will never use your referral service again. The vendors/service providers selected appear to be very poorly vetted and instructions are not clear as to what to expect beforehand, yet we have to pay upfront.

Horrible - they never even responded

Good. The young man that came out did a good job. The old caulk was removed around tub and bathroom walls and he reapplied a new bead. It's wasn't 100% perfect, but good enough for the job.

Fantastic! The vent was very clogged, but they got it working again and didn't make me feel like an idiot for letting it get so bad.

They were flexible to reschedule for me a couple times. They sent a very young man with limited personal skills. Didn't have a ladder. He performed well enough but: went to buy items at Home Depot for the repair and included candy he bought. $2 not a big deal but goes towards honesty as he never mentioned it. Also said he needed to come back 2 hours later to finalize spackling and gave a cell number that didn't exist. I got them to send him back the following week. He brought an even younger guy with and again with no ladder and no drop cloth to cover chair and then stepped on bare easy chair in his shoes to use as a ladder.. I yelled at him to get off the chair and had to provide a drop cloth and step stool. Obviously inexperienced or just plain stupid. They did a fine job and cant even see the repair. I'd use again but ask for different workers.
