I purchased the service and received a call to schedule for the next day... that was quick! The power washing made our fence look brand new. The water proofing should have been done sooner but they did a nice job with it.

Our first problem was with the scheduling. I was given a choice of times for the service day, and I chose between 2 and 4 in the afternoon. I received a call a few days before the scheduled day, asking if I would take an earlier time slot---10-12 a.m. I responded to the voicemail in the affirmative and was ready for the crew at 10:00 on the service day. At 10:20 a.m., I received a phone call asking if I would accept a time slot of 12-2---they had no record of the earlier phone call or of my response, regarding the 10-12 time slot. I agreed to the change, feeling I had little choice in the matter. I called the office at 1:50 p.m., asking if the team was still coming, and was told that they were on their way. They showed up a half hour later, which meant that I had been at home waiting for them for a total of 4 hours and 20 minutes. Next problem: there seemed to be a complete disconnect between what the "Deal" promised and what the team was prepared or able to deliver, at least insofar as the junk removal. It specified: Junk removal and hauling up to three contractor bags, each bag not heavier than 60 pounds. I still don't know what a "contractor bag" is, and neither did the young men who performed the work; I do know that there was no way our pile of trash weighed more than 180 lbs., but as they had no bags of any sort with them, it didn't really matter. At any rate, my husband and I had spent several hours the day before the promised service cleaning out the garage, moving things we wanted to keep out of the way (outside the garage) and leaving a pile of trash inside the garage for removal by the crew. We thought that our doing so would expedite the process of separating "keepers" from trash--- it was a LOT of work, and we joked about cleaning out the garage before the garage cleaners even arrived. I got no sense from the team that they would have been willing to do that part of the job, had we not done it already. As for hauling away the trash after the cleaning was completed, it was obvious that they did not have room in their van for everything---I accepted that, and was willing to pay extra for a separate pickup. They called their office more than once (using a language I don't speak, so I don't know exactly what they said) and finally told me that it would be an additional $70 to haul away the rest of the trash. That was unacceptable to me, and that was when they helped me load up my garbage can. After they left, I closed the garage door and realized that there was a fine coating of bits of dried leaves and dirt covering the outside of the door, and the row of 8 windows at the top of the door was filthier than it had been before. My job today will be to clean the windows (also promised as part of the Deal). As I said earlier, the two young men who performed the work were polite and did try to do as I asked, but were obviously never told exactly what was expected of them as far as junk removal or cleaning windows. I feel that the wording of the ad was very misleading and would never do business with Izabela Skalna again.

The person cleaning was diligent and pleasant. Unfortunately she was quite late, due to being over scheduled. It would have been helpful had she asked a few more questions.

The provider was very punctual and professional. Was done very well one person worked on the inside and the other on the outside. It was a two story townhouse and had approximately fourteen conventional windows and three sets of two door sliders and one three door slider. It had been some time since the windows were cleaned. Arrived on time and had everything finished within a couple of hours. Worked very efficiently and did a great job. I also asked it they could clean a foyer light fixture that was hanging in a double foyer and they obliged. The only disappointment I had was that they did not clean the window sills. I don't know if that service was extra but in my experience the sills would always be cleaned as well. I have used this provider in the past and have been satisfied. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Went flawlessly. Arrived when expected. The 2 young gentlemen were very courteous and friendly. They were efficient and left no mess. I just have a bag of gutter remains to put out at the curb on my next garbage day. I will definitely be using their service again. No muss, no fuss just the way it should be!! And very affordable!

I was very please with the service ? especially the pressure washing of the wood fence. My fence has not been cleaned in over 15 years and one washing made it look brand-new. I was extremely pleased with the service. Cost was $286

These guys were fast, thorough, quiet, and careful--and the results are just wonderful.

They came to home and reviewed the work and gave me a quote. The office called to schedule and even called to see if I wanted it earlier but I could not. On scheduled work date and the time they were to arrive they did and began work. They did a super job and we will use them every spring and fall. They do other work and we may decide to use some of their other services. Ask for their brochure which details the other services or go to their web site. Sure beats the previous companies we have used.

Went well. They left a bag with the stuff they cleaned out. Good to see that they got a lot. Wish they would have cleared the clogged downspout but I was able to do this when they left.

I purchased an Angie's List deal ($99 for 4 Hours of Housecleaning) The business was unable to service my address, but was prompt in letting me know. And I had no issues with getting a refund from Angie's List.

The two person crew was efficient, detail oriented and respectful of our home. I asked the guys to do several additional services and they agreed and gave me a fair price. Will use them again.

Very fast and efficient, two men cleaned roof, gutters and downspouts in approx 45 minutes Cleaned up debris and deposited it in trash. Exactly what I wanted so my husband would n't have to get up on a ladder.

They did everything that was promised. They were punctual, courteous, and quick!
