This company was a pleasure to work with! I had to adjust the scheduling kind of last minute because of a unforeseen emergency and they were super accommodating even though I know they are busy! The technician (Gary) was right on time, professional, courteous, friendly and did a fantastic job!

Fine. Arrived,cleaned the gutters, hauled the bag away and was on his way.

It was okay at best. Some of the windows were left spotty. There were spots on the windows from tree sap that were not cleaned completely. The window sills were never cleaned. Any window washer I have used in the past have ALWAYS cleaned the window sills. I would not use this company again.

Company was very professional, did an excellent job cleaning. Had a problem with their truck and were not able to get here on time but did keep in touch with us. Would hire again.

They arrived and set right to work now my windows are all nice and shiney. Even removed screens.

It went pretty well. The time arrived on time. We comunicated very well. The vast majority of windows were sparkling clear. Discovered a previously unknown wasp nest interfered with access to some areas.

First, workers (2) arrived earlier than scheduled, luckily we arrived home earlier than expected. They spent about 15 minutes on our 2 story home with extensive gutters. When they were preparing to leave so soon after starting, I questioned them about fully cleaning all gutters and flushing each, since I had experienced significant overflowing of water in the middle of the gutter this spring. From what I could understand of their explanation, they said they didn't use or need water from my outdoor hoses. Rather, I was assured all was open, and they had poured water down the downspouts from buckets they had and they all drained OK. I asked about the $95 for 15 minutes of work and said that was the charge agreed upon and they couldn't change it. When the next rain came a couple of weeks later and the same gutter sections were again overflowing in the middle, it was clear they had not fully cleared the gutters, and certainly had not assured the downspouts were open and would drain freely. My adult son was home for a long weekend, a few weeks later, got on our roof rather than from ladders. He found leaves and clogs in the downspout area. And he used our garden hoses to clean and fully flush the downspouts. In subsequent rains, we've not experienced any overflowing from the middle of our gutters. Clearly this firm did not perform the worked as agreed upon, and charged well more than they should have for 15 minutes of work.

Highly recommend prompt fast courteous service. Will definitely use again. If you shop around their prices are very competitive probably the lowest price for the best service around. Definitely in anyone's budget. I am low income with a very low budget and found their pricing very reasonable and affordable and great.

Tech was going to be late but the company called . Ivan was very thorough, polite and professional.

They came cleaned everything up. Left the bag with the refuse as I requested and left. It was no hassle and that is what I need.

They arrived on time and did a very good job so some really dirty windows.

I purchased 2 hours of power washing for $89.00. It was raining on the agreed upon date for the work so I asked that we re-schedule the work. I made multiple attempts to contact them via emails and calls before the service was re-scheduled. I finally was able to contact someone in their office and we had a new date. I felt that it was too difficult to contact them and that their follow-up was poor. However, the worker who came out to do the power washing work did a great job.

Everything went very well, they far exceeded my expectations. They were even conscientious enough to notice my detached garage and offered to clean as well for just an extra $20. Very thorough , punctual and efficient. Higly recommended.

The Amruss service team arrived at our house promptly and were incredibly thorough. They cleaned up afterwards and finished in under an hour. I would happily work with them again and recommend their services.

They did a fine job and cleaned up the mess around the house. The only negative thing was they left my outside water hose on and forgot to shut it down. the new caulk looks good and makes the windows stand out better.

I tried to find out by phone and email whether there were any hidden or extra costs but was told that when the crew came I'd be given an estimate once they'd seen the job. I was not surprised that storm windows were extra $2 for each sash, inside & out, (or maybe for each window-- it wasn't clear). I was less happy, though, to be told I have "French" windows (the upper sash has 2 mullions, so 3 pieces of glass) and they would count as 2 windows. So my 20 windows became 10. There were, in fact, 15 windows I wanted done. Some have storms, some do not. Of course, when I wanted to argue about 20 windows suddenly being 10, I got the usual "I only work here, no point arguing with me" response. We negotiated to an up-charge of $40, which was tolerable, though I thought since the deal was 20 windows and I had 15, maybe I would be able to get the storms done in lieu of the extra windows and call it even. The men worked fast and overall did a good job. The glass is streaky along the mullions in some places, and my biggest complaint is that they left dirty black water drips on the floor in several places so now I must clean my floors (hardwood). I feel they should have put something down to avoid this, or cleaned up after themselves. They gave me an Angie's List Review form to fill out before they left, but I told them I would write my review on line and there was no argument.

Purchased the special $99 gutter cleaning. If you're looking for A+ customer service look elsewhere. Just got a four month old bill for an extra charge for cleaning my garage gutters, which they neglected to do the first time out. Along with leaving a bag of garbage sitting in my lawn. When I called they lied and said technician checked gutters and they were fine. Turns out these are the only gutters I can see from my window and the reason I booked the job in the first place. The extra $20 was well worth the satisfaction of updating my review.

On time & reasonably priced - no problems.

Crew was on time. Finished work efficiently.

They were nice and rescheduled at the last second! (They had pulled in the driveway when the yard was about to be torn up!) They seem to found a lot of cigarette butts in the line which is good feedback for our painters/roofers. We will use them again.

I had a housecleaning lady at my place for some random cleaning. I am actually very pleased how everything went through, they provided all supplies that I needed. She worked promptly and efficient and was very polite and nice. I think that I am going to use them on regular basis for housecleaning. Would recommend them to everyone!!!
