Three men came to our home: Ivan, Anton, And Maret. They did a fantastic job! They washed all our windows, inside and out, including the screens. They also washed the sliding door. Every window shines. One window had a "defect" between the two panes of glass, and it was called to my attention immediately. I would definitely hire them again!

Arrived on time after crew letting me know there was a slight delay due to a mechanical issue. Explained what was to be done and completed the job very well and timely.

When I called Izabela, she told me about the special on Angie's List which made it easy to pay for the service. She gave me a few options for scheduling to help me pick one that worked for us. She called to remind me a couple of days in advance of the cleaning. She was a few minutes late, but is servicing a town she hasn't serviced before and probably underestimated the traffic at that time. Upon arrival, she was extremely professional. She introduced herself and asked for a quick tour to understand the layout of the house. She brought all of the supplies needed to clean, asked if I preferred to use our vacuum or hers, changed into indoor shoes to protect my floors and carpet, and for 4.5 hours was extremely industrious and thorough. Because I had only paid for 4 hours, I told her she could leave without vacuuming the basement, but she said she would finish the entire house and stayed another half hour to do so. I plan to use her for cleaning on a regular basis and would recommend her to others.

Purchased the Gutter cleaning service from Angie's list deal. I was able to schedule the appointment quickly so the gutter can be cleaned before the winter. They did a thorough job to clean the gutter as well as the down sprout.

When I first purchased the coupon, the description said Kane county was to be covered. Shortly after the coupon was purchased, I had a call from the company stating that they normally did not cover my address because that's too far away. They would like to combine my visit with another address in Aurora. I did not confirm because I was not available that date. They showed up anyways. Upon hearing that it was not a convenient time for me and I did not confirm the date, they left and said that it would be a few months before they would come out my way again. I called today to schedule an appointment and they told me they did not service my area because it's too far. I had to call Angie's list to get a refund but since the purchase past the 30 days money back guarantee, they switched me to another company for equal value. Merchant should clearly indicate for which zip code area would they provide service.

Purchased a coupon for power washing and the response was timely. I was informed over the phone that there would be extra cost outside of the value of the coupon which I anticipated and was fair. They arrived on time, were careful of my flower beds and performed the job in little time (there were two men on the job). They were kind enough to bill me because I had to leave for work before they were finished with the job.

Save your money. This service is not worth the money. For 1.5 hours of work start to finish I believe the price was way too high. My tracks are still filthy-- layered with soot-- and no explanation was given beforehand that they would not be vacuumed or even wiped down. I expected water and suds that washed the exterior, but only spray was used. My windows are marginally cleaner. Some still have spots... Two of my windows were completely overlooked without explanation. I am sure they were not above the 20 window limit as I have a small cape cod. Now my job today is to finish the job of window cleaning. I regret buying this service, as the glass portion of my vinyl tilt-in windows are the easy part to clean. Boo.

Great experience. I purchased an Angie's list special and indicated some available times. I got an email within 24 hours with a note indicating they would be in my area the following day. I was available. The two technicians arrived on time, cleaned the windows quickly and thoroughly. Can't think of anything that would have made the process better.
