Contacted me pretty quickly after I bought the deal. Came out the next day!

The service tech completed both tasks in less than 2 hours with limited supervision. He put the shower door assembly into my garage and cleaned up all the debris.

We made the payment 11/17 and I called that day to scheduled a gutter cleaning service. I spoke with a man who said they would call me over the next couple days and let me know when the guy was going to come out. Well here we are today 11/27 and still no call. I decided to call back and spoke with the same man who took my info and said he would call be back in 5-10 minutes. Well, I'm typing this 45 minutes later and we now are going to request a refund from Angie's List. I will never use this company again.

Difficult to communicate. I was never called to schedule; only knew to call when an email was sent to verify that service was provided. I initiated contact was put on hold for 20 minutes the first time I called; then told they would have to check schedule and promised to call back within 5 minutes. I called them the following day after not receiving a phone call and it took another 15 minutes to schedule service. Multiple excuses that they were very busy; essentially called me a liar when I told them I had never received the phone call promised. Never apologized for long wait on hold or problems with scheduling. They were $20 cheaper than previous service; you get what you pay for. 1 person spent 20 minutes blowing out gutters; no clean up which I now have to do myself. Will never use them again and am concerned about continued use of Angies List; am considering canceling membership.

The railing installation went well. the toilet job was not done well, the toilet kept running on, I had to hire someone else to do it right. The person with whom I spoke to set up the appointment said the handyman would be able to check if a dimmer switch malfunction was responsible for the light not working, but in fact, the handyman could not do this. Again, I had to hire another handyman who replaced the switch. The handyman squirted something into the tear in the siding. I have no way of knowing what it was (his English was not that good); I am hoping it works to prevent further damage.

I'm not able to get high enough to see how well they did the house gutters, but I can see that they did a good job on the garage.

Amruss did not show up for the first appointment. The person that showed up for the second appointment was polite and did a great job of cleaning my very dirty windows.

Tech was 2 hours late but did call to inform us of his tardiness. He could have been more thorough - he missed a couple of grout spots that could have been cleaned better

The young man that provided the service was very courteous and professional. He did a wonderful job.

I believe it went well. I was not home when they came and won't know how the gutters are until the first storm; but I've used them in the past and they always did a great job. They are reliable and easy to work with.

The young man who came to my home was professional and very helpful, He did what he could and informed me where my trouble areas are. I will use this company again in the spring to clean my gutters. I was very pleased with the company and the work they did for me,

It was done on time, professionally, I'm satisfied.

Very well. Gutters cleaned in a timely manner. I was not at home when the work was performed. Everything was clean and removed when I got home.

The technician was at my house cleaning the gutters within 30 minutes of calling their office.

On time, professional and efficient. Great job. Would definitely hire again.

They finished the house, but ran out of time/light to do the garage so we had to reschedule.

Gutters were clean. Technician said "looks clean". Also he dismissed our concern about the gutter corners that were leaking last winter and during heavy rain, giving us dangerous Ice buildup. "Looks good". Was here and gone inside of 30 min. Not worth the money in my opinion. Will be trying a different company next time.

Great. I had to think of other projects because items that I thought would take awhile were handled so easily.

Very well. Wasn't home when done, but no mess left, and during last rain, no overflow.

Service workers were great and friendly. But dealing with scheduling over phone and email was very difficult. Might have been communication barrier, but was hard to schedule.

It was fine. I was not home when it was done. They said they would send before and after photos but did not

Wasnt impressed. As we were pulling into driveway he was leaving. He gave us no explanation of what was done or if there were any problems. Wouldn't hire again.

Okay. Unexpected fees for travel and for grout color.

Most of the services offered were performed. Person, who never introduced himself, was “ a subcontractor” for the company . . . He would have removed every object in the garage, which would have taken hours, so I had him removed the “big stuff” only. He moved them to the driveway, where they got wet with the runoff from the power washing. He put things back where he thought they should go, until I came out and directed him where to place things. He did not clean off the walls (for cobwebs) nor did he wash the inside of the garage door. Overall I was glad to have help organizing and putting things in place, but not sure I would use the same company in the future. Nothing stands out as a glaring issue, but the job could have been done better. He was here a little more than an hour. I don’t regret purchasing the service, but an not running out and telling my neighbors that they should try it out.
