It went well. The service person was polite. I would use them again.

My experience was not so great. The guy was nice enough and he did alright. The gutter, the one at the back, is still not flowing properly. So, I have to go up there and take a look at it. He got the job done in a timely manner. He was here when he said he was going to be here. The guy was okay.

Ivan was definitely on time, got right to work and did an excellent job. He also offered to clean our gutters, which was wonderful, as my husband is unable to do that. He was very clean with what he was doing and very nice and polite.

Not too good. I requested that they wait so they came out a week ago last Friday. No additional charges. When I tried to communicate with her she would shake her head yes and then she wouldn't do what I had requested. She also had not left my kitchen she had not made it to the other things. It turned out I felt she was rushing at the end and wasn't getting done like it should.

We weren't very satisfied with them. We weren't satisfied with the service at all. We didn't pay more than the "Big Deal" we purchased. They seemed reluctant to clean the windows. When they said they had finished, we went back and looked at the windows. The windows weren't cleaned. It looked like the windows weren't cleaned. They seemed reluctant to do what they were going to be paid to do. They're overpriced.

It went great. We called this firm in the morning they provided a window for the power washing service as well as a price that very day. The workers showed up on time, were very polite and asked me to show them any areas of concern. They were at my home for two hours and did a really nice job. I was asked to walk around with them once the service was complete to see if I saw any problem areas, which I did not. I had used another firm in the past for power washing and this firm did a much better job. I plan to try them out for gutter cleaning and window washing as well.

A team of two arrived when scheduled. They were polite, professional and clean. I had storms and screens which I knew would add to the $79.00 deal but I did not expect to pay an additional $183.00. They did a very good job but I did not feel that the total of $262 was a deal at all. I would shop for a better price next time.

In follow up to their response, again this company is being very disingenuous relaying it's dishonesty and unprofessionalism. That was not the deal they were offering at the time I agreed to let the work be performed. At that time the deal was based on not the size of the home as it is now but on the linear size of the gutters. My home anyway only as gutters on 2 sides not 4 sides of my home. They were aware of this by me and by Angie'slist who contacted them as well, spoke to Olivia at their office who agreed and stated their original extra charge was in error. I thought that was the end of it until again I received another bill a few months later. This company does not know what they are offering or not. They are not to be trusted. I caution anyone strongly if they decide to let is company on their property.

I called them for an estimate. They came the same afternoon. Their estimate was good, so I had them do the work immediately. I was pleased with how they did their job, quickly and efficiently. They bagged all the leaves and left them by the front curb. They took pictures of the gutters they had installed the foam gutter guard on to show me. I would use them again.

They arrived over two hours before the scheduled time. I was not home. So I could not observe them doing the job. From what I could tell they did wash the windows but I have no idea if they cleaned the guttters, especially the hard to reach portions.

Removed stuff from garage and washed floors and door. Then put stuff back. They do not wash individual furnishings or items, but for the price they did a great job.

I didn't understand why they didn't use soap in my house. They just water-pressured it. They just had water and the pressure. They connected it to my hose and there was no soap used. The guys did a nice job. I would recommend these kids. They were young people. It's a good company. I have a vinyl house. Maybe my house wasn't as dirty as I thought. I asked them to clean my garage for $40. They did a great job. They weren't here that long. My house isn't that big that's why I think I should've gotten a cheaper price. They used my water. I'm not happy with the price. They responded well. They were on time and they were there. They were good to me.

It went well. They came and did the job. Left leaves in a bag at the back of my house. Only complaint: I asked them some question about my gutter system after they had done the work and they never responded. But they did do the job they said they would!

That was done very well. They did a good job. They probably came in early June. I very rarely give somebody an A, that's just me. To me B is excellent almost, almost excellent. A is just got to be just super. I just can't stress enough that they did a very very good job.

Arrived promptly. A little hard to understand the older gentleman. A younger guy brought the ladder and did the work. They were done very quickly - I only have one gutter. Unfortunately, they left muddy tracks on my patio that could have been rinsed off.

The crew of four arrived on time. They worked both inside and outside the house. Amruss supplied fixtures for the basement and rewired them to remove paper-insulated wiring and provide a better arrangement of lighting. They removed ceiling fans and put in fixtures we supplied, and even gave us LED bulbs for a chandelier we forgot to supply. They installed a new door chime and fixed a buzzing light switch. The work took all day and they didn't waste time. Everything was done as in the estimate with no added cost. We were extremely pleased.

I was told I didn't need to be at the house when the service was to be provided. The service was paid for in advance and the work to be performed was all outside. I received a call at work and for some reason there was a question on where the caulk was supposed to go. I had to then drive home (also had to postpone a meeting at work). Part of the job was to scrape/remove the old caulking which to me made it pretty clear as to where the new caulk was supposed to go. The area(s) around the windows that the "technician" had questioned HAD NO PREVIOUS CAULK MATERIAL OF ANY KIND. When I did the walk around when they were done, I found the workmanship to be ok. My deck and front stoop had the scrapings of the old caulk. When I asked if he and his partner would be cleaning it up, he gave me a look as if I was from another planet. I didn't need or want all of the scrapings removed, I just would have thought cleaning up was part of the job. I did the clean up myself.

Simple and easy, the vendor showed up, cleaned my gutters and was very quick to schedule. Just in time before big rainfall, my gutters work splendlidly.

I have used this service for months now. They are terrific! Always on time, thorough cleaning. Great service! Our cleaning lady is the best and will not tell her name.
