It did not go. After waiting several days i requested a refund

Arrived on time and performed the job very well. Will use him again.

I think they charged 48 bucks. I gave them $48 and a tip and everybody was happy. It was a difficult job. It was my outside patio door and they did not have the color of caulk that would have been better, but anyway, I am living on the lake and I got to keep the water out. They asked me if it was okay and I told them to do it. It was not too bad. It was an outside patio door. It looked like the boss and maybe his helper or son. They had to scrape all the old caulk off and then lay new caulk and spread it down. It was a little difficult job so they were fine. I would use them again. Their professionalism was okay.

I had sent the guy an email and I had said, how did you clean the gutters without water?, and he never answered me. I am on oxygen so it's not like I can go out there. They did a good job on the windows but he never answered the part about the gutters. I didn't hear anything that would indicate that they were cleaning gutters all I heard was the windows.

They showed up on time and were willing to do the work while I was away if needed. We have lots of large trees so the gutters were very full of leaves and dirt. Got it all cleaned out very quickly then cleared it out with a hose. It was a good investment of home care.

Came on time. Did a wonderful job. Could not be happier.

Were suppose to come between 12 -2 - did not call - came at 2:15 However, did the work that needed to be done with no problem. Were professional, and even checked the gutters on the lower roof of the house.

They showed up at the agreed upon time. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I would use them again.

Ran into financial issues had to put the project on hold.

Did a good job overall, but left some gutter debris surrounding the house, which I expected.

Was told they would send someone that day to provide an estimate. No one called back or ever followed up.

Olga was wonderful!!! She thoroughly cleaned every room, dusting, scouring, vacuuming, etc. She even washed the glass doors in the china cabinet. I will definitely have her again.

Purchased a Big Deal for gutters and downspouts to be cleaned. The main office called that morning to see if it was OK if they arrived early which was fine. They arrived promptly. One downspout was causing some problems, can't speak to whether them cleaning it out will remedy the problem until we get a hard rain. Everything seemed great until I went out my back door to get to my car. They had left the hose in the gutter, the hose had a spray handle on it which I was worried would get stuck on the gutter. After a few tries of flicking the hose up and down, I was able to get the hose down (without bringing down the gutter) but they had also left the water running so it sprayed water everywhere as it crashed down. That was not a great ending to what seemed to be a good experience.

I was very satisfied with their work and professionalism and will use them again in the future.

It went very well, they were on time and did the job quickly, cleaned up after themselves....would use them again.

I live in a third floor condo and while I do not have many windows they are large ones. They were able to clean these windows both inside and out without any difficulty. Also, I have a couple of floor to ceiling wall mirrors and they did a terrific job on those. My windows have not been cleaned in two years. I was determined to get it done before this coming winter. I cannot tell you how many companies I called and they never showed up. Thanks to joining Angie's List I found this company. They showed up on time too! While they were a bit pricier than the estimates I got from other companies over the phone they were worth every penny. I will be calling them next year for sure! Thank you.

Company responded to me right away after purchasing our deal, they were very polite and responsible . The lady that did cleaning was just amazing, she did such a good job that i would recommend her to everyone . She was very nice and this is the best cleaning service i ever had. Will be happy to use them for any other services.

Arrived early, went right to work, 17 windows done in several hours. Walked job with me before and after.

The men arrived in time and began working. They did a great job on the windows. Very polite and hardworking. We were very pleased.

the guy showed up later than the 2 hour window of time they said they would be here to perform the job. he did not have the correct color caulk to do the job and had to leave to purchase it and return. the caulk job in my view was not completed in a professional manor as he left globs of caulk at some locations and had caulk all over the aluminum trim in other locations. my windows were left dirtier than when they started. after a couple days I noticed one of my plastic window well covers were broken due to their negligence and he didn't even notify me of the damage (our yard is completely fenced in so the damage could not have come from any other way).

I had a communication problem with them. I am sure they provided their services as they intended in their offer but I had expected something else. Although I had tried to schedule a date where I would be at home, they insisted on coming on a day that my husband had surgery. I got a call while I was in hospital from their technician saying that I had storm windows and that was extra. I told him that if he could tell me how much I'd go ahead with it. He said he'd give me a quote. Moments later I got a call from the office saying that it was ok if I'd bought the exterior windows offer. As I was at the hospital I didn't think any more about it. When I got home, I found that the storm windows had been cleaned but not the exterior of the windows themselves. This was not ideal in my opinion and I tried to figure out what was offered in the deal, as I felt that I had indicated that I wanted both storm windows and exterior windows cleaned, even if it was at an extra cost. Instead I had an exteremely frustrating session of back and forth emails culminating in an offer for a supervisor to come over. At this point I gave up since I did not want to do this all over again in person while my husband was recuperating. I had purchased another offer at the same time but I will not be using it as I had such a frustrating time communicating with their customer service.Quite frankly, maybe they did what they had advertised but they refused to come when I had asked, they would not clarify if they would do both the storm and the exteriors of the windows and they would not refund the other offer I had bought. Maybe if I had met the supervisor this could have been resolved but by that point I was so annoyed I felt it could not have been productive.
