I wasn't very pleased with what they did. They did not do anything for me. I still had a clog when they were gone and I had to fix it myself. Price was fair. It was a good price. They didn't do what I wanted them to do. I had no reason to complain with their responsiveness.

It was fine. It came out being twice as much for whatever reason.

It was okay. It wasn't great. They were timely and the price was great. When cleaning a house, you've got to be meticulous about certain things, mainly bathrooms. Their responsiveness was good. If a friend or a family member asks about the company, I would tell them that they're cheap and that they get the job done in a timely manner, but the quality is not excellent.

They did okay. There was just some confusion with the language barrier. I thought he said he was going to remove and calk all the windows and around them and he ended up just doing the top and the bottom of them. He was nice. I thought the price was fine if he did what he said he was going to do. The price was very fair. What they did was good.

The technician completely cleaned and cleared all gutters and downspouts on my home..

The team did an excellent job and finished in a reasonable amount of time.

Very happy with their service once again. Bought a deal for gutter cleaning for $79.00 on Tuesday evening. I gave the company some dates for the cleaning later in the week or the following week. Company contacted me and said they would have a crew in Lindenhurst the next day and would try to fit in the gutter cleaning. Sure enough the next afternoon they arrived and cleaned the gutters and downspouts. They talked to when they arrived and again when the job was completed. They even offered to take pictures to show me the gutters were completely cleaned out. This is the second year in a row I have used them for gutter cleaning and I couldn't be happier with there service.

They did a nice job cleaning the windows. Unfortunately within 3 weeks after they did the work, 2 screens fell out of the windows, which they've never done before, probably because they did not secure them fully after removing them to wash the windows. I can replace the screens myself, but 1 is on the second floor and will require a 20' ladder climb to get to it. Prior window washers accessed these windows from the interior of my home and therefore did not have to remove the screens.

The entire team was incredible. They were thorough and extremely helpful. They worked with very old windows and brought them back to life. I wold definitely have them back for more projects.

Did adequate job cleaning out gutters. Arrived 1 hour after expected time.

Very satisfied. Original scheduled appointment had to be changed due to freezing weather. They kept contacting me and made a new appointment as soon as the weather warmed up and they were able to perform the service. On the day of the service two employees showed up and explained what they were going to do. Service performed very quickly and they cleaned up afterward. I did not see any debris in the area.

They provided my gutter cleaning service the same day I purchased the deal. Great Job!

She was prompt and reasonable. Should probably start with kitchen first since limited time. Worked h****** bathroom overall, would request her again and will look into future cleaning service.

Went back to Angie's List who, after much teeth-pulling, got me my money back.

Went well. The washers were prompt and thorough.

One man showed up at the time agreed on and counted the windows and screens. I agreed to have the screens cleaned at an extra charge. The work was completed very well. The technician was very neat and careful inside the house. He even wiped the window sills at no extra charge. There are some spots on exterior windows that the technician described as hard water stains that did not come off with the washing. This may be due to the fact that I recently had the house powerwashed and then stained. Overall, I am very happy and the cost of the service was considerably lower than others who provided quotes. It is hard to get someone to come out this far north, I am blocks from the Wisconsin state line, and AMRUSS was willing.

Excellent. Josh, Ivan and the team showed up exactly on time and were very easy to work with.

They arrived on time, worked efficiently and did a superb job.

Great. 1st people couldn't make it in time but they still sent someone same day and got job done.
