There was some confusion with was what was needed before the window cleaning which delayed the cleaning. The customer service rep was hard to understand , however the window washing guy was very helpful and did a great job. He was on time too !

It was snowy the day we agreed on the service two days before Thanksgiving. They asked if they could just come out and do the work later in the week when the snow thaws. I agreed. They ended up coming on Thanksgiving in the morning which was nice because it poured rain later that day. While it did not go up and inspect the gutters all of the rain stayed in them and poured down the downspouts so I am quite happy with the service. Parts of my gutters are over 30' in the air so I was glad to have someone do this.

Easy to schedule. Arrived on time and washed as expected.

Not happy with results, windows were not cleaned well. Sills and insides were not well cleaned; floors had to be washed after windows were cleaned; carpets had to be vacuumed. Breezeway screens were not cleaned. Would not recommend.

It went fine. The technician Ivan, was efficient and very polite.

They were supposed to arrive between 9-noon and they arrived at 1 without calling beforehand. I have windows that pop out of the window frame (to clean them more easily) but they were trying to wash them while they were still in the frame, which was not an effective to clean those windows. They were very unprofessional and didn't appear to know what they were doing in terms of cleaning windows. They wanted me to sign a receipt confirming that they came out and did the work I paid for and claimed that they would come out the next day to finish. However, I did not feel that they did the work I paid for and did not intend to pay them anything until the work was completed.

Price was actually $170 with the add on(s). The removed garage was part of the deal but the "size" add on did not see correct.... besides that the service was OK. In the end it did not seem like a great deal (which it how it was marketed) but more like a fair price for work that got done.

They were professional and did a good job. They also removed the debris from the roof at no extra cost.

I have called them 3 times and left a voicemail each time. They have not returned my calls and I can not find another phone number for them. I have cancelled the deal and will be using someone else to clean my gutters.

They came on the date promised, cleaned the gutters and cleaned up the leaves. They did a great job and will use them again.

They did a good job cleaning the gutters. Unfortunately I was not aware that they would not haul away the contents of the gutters. They left a huge heavy bag of stinky material right by my front steps. They also did not blow away the leaves on the roof that eventually came down to the gutter again.

Provider arrived on time and cleaned our gutters in about 15 minutes, so far, good. It was raining at the time so I didn't get a chance to inspect the work while they were here (my mistake). A few hours later, I went to inspect the downspouts and our locked gate to the backyard had been forced open, not only that, but they didn't bother closing the gate and our dog got out. Needless to say, I was not happy about this. To add insult to injury, I then called the providers number to find out why they couldn't be bothered to knock on the door and ask me to unlock the gate for them. The lady that answered would not give me her name when asked and was dismissive at best (laughing, yes laughing) while I explained the situation. Had she been sincere in her concern, you wouldn't be reading this review right now, and I would've simply dropped it. P.S. As far as I can tell, the actual work performed was completed properly.

Provider stated they were located too far from my residence and it would be unable to complete the work in a timely manner. Fully refunded the upfront cost.

I used this company two times, once on a deal for gutter cleaning and once for window cleaning when they did the gutters again. After two tries I won't be using them again. First gutter cleaning was fine but not great and I asked them to come back to re do the downspout areas and areas that got missed. When they came back for the windows it was near impossible to communicate with the workers due to limited English. They did a better job on the gutters this time around but the window quality was spotty and in the end they vastly overcharged me for the number of windows. What was funny too is that on the spot they have (almost make you) you fill out a survey before you've even had a chance to check things out. And then their office called within a minute of the guys pulling away to see how it went. At first it struck me as nice service but then it was kind of silly because I started noticing the mediocre quality. I counted my windows as well and realized how much they had overcharged me. I left a call with their office and not surprisingly never heard back. I'm fairly convinced that much of the good reviews and press are jammed in reviews and just given all the hassles they won't be getting my business in the spring.

The company was very responsive. I bought a coupon and they called me right away. Service was done within a few days, which was great. The quality of the work was excellent and they left a questionnaire for quality of service. They offer a variety of services, and so I will use them again, when needed.

Very easy to work with - I rescheduled my appointment as leaves were still falling at the time of my original appointment and this was no problem for them. They were here when they said they would be, did the job well, and I am very satisfied. Will use them again in the future!

Overall did a nice job. However, after they left I noticed they left my garden hose on and also left the trash bags with the gutter debris in my front yard. .
