Service provider on time, courteous & did a great job. Efficient & fast.

The provider never contacted me.

Two women performed the work and it was satisfactory.

Went well. Bought deal for gutters. Upcharge for square footage of house, but they were prompt and quick. No issues.

Veronica was on time and professional. She did an excellent job. Changed the sheets on 3 beds

Arrived @ 1: 45 pm and began work immediately. She was very attentive to detail and finished in the 4 hour time frame.

When they did not appear by an hour after the appointed time, I called to make sure they'd were still coming. I would have appreciated it if they had let me know they were running late. Through no fault of their own, they were unable to clean a 20 foot stretch of gutter because we have an old vehicle that doesn't run and couldn't be moved. They informed my husband of the problem before starting the job. We were very satisfied with the job they did. They were efficient, professional and polite. We strongly recommend Amruss and would rehire them especially at the significant cost savings over the company we had used in the past.

After they left I noticed the floor in the bathroom was tacky and the edges of the floor were still quite dirty. The bathtub was not scrubbed just sprayed down. When I called to complain they argued with me one of the cleaning ladies on the phone so she could also argue with me. They left prior to the two hour minimum timeframe, so they had ample time to do a better job than what they did. I would never recommend this company for house cleaning.

It went fine. They did okay. They did it on time to do my windows, to pull them out, to clean them. They just weren't sure how to do the windows. So, we must not have ever done it. We got a new house and they have to do a kind of different now, but the windows pop out forward, and then you wash them. They weren't real aware of to do it, but they were. The windows turned out fine. They did a good job, but has to kind of be helped. Price was good. They came out, there was no problem there. They were on time. The staff were great.

The provider cleaned the gutters and neatly put the debris in a bag for local pickup. He also suggested having a screen put on the gutters and was able to give an estimate right on the spot. He also was also was able to show me a sample.

It was good. We just felt they could have been more thorough.

They were fine. I would not recommend the company outside the deal on Angie’s List.

cleaned all the gutters but left the bags with the leaves under the gutters instead of actually putting it in the garbage or disposing.

I've used this company before and they are great!! They do just about anything you need.

The 20.00 up charge for leaves on the roof, wasn't something I remember reading when I agreed to service. This brought it up to the same price 99.00 as the competitor who was advertising. I found that interesting. I did wonder if the competitor would have added this fee also. 2/3 of m roof is very steep so the area that really collected leaves was smaller than the 1/3 of the remaining roof. These leaves were dumped right off onto a patio. Otherwise they were on time, polite and unobtrusive.

They went to fast. They did not remove gutter guards to clean gutters. There is no sign of gutter being cleaned.

They were great. The original date had to be postponed due to the snow. They let us know and said they would be out as soon as the weather allowed. They called the night before they would be there and he was fast and efficient. Would definitely use this company again.
