I had lots of questions about whether an Angie's List deal applied to my house. All of them were answered promptly (both on the phone and on Angie's List messaging, which was convenient). My gutter cleaning service was scheduled for when I wanted it. I wasn't home when it was completed, so I can't speak to their promptness or thoroughness, but as far as I can tell, my gutters are clean and they left no mess. I'm very satisfied and would use them again.

There were no additional charges. The only thing I didn't like about them was that they were not on time.

House was thoroughly cleaned and my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

Washed windows at the end of the day when it was dark. A few windows had serious streaks on them. One I re-washed myself it was so bad. Totally missed the windows and doors on the screen porch.

Showed up within 48 hours of requesting window washing. Washed all outside windows including 2 skylights. Did a good job at about $50 less than my old window washer. Next time I need my windows washed I will call Amruss

Everything was fine. It was painless. They were very professional, on-time. They washed the windows but then they dripped the dirty water on the frames. I wish they would have wiped it down and being more careful.

Online scheduling was easy and received great communication regarding the appointment.

Bought the big deal for $79 + $10 off promo from AL. Amruss emailed the next day to schedule. They were able to perform the job the following day. They came in their scheduled window of time. I wasn't home while service was completed but was able to watch the work from my remote security system. Invoice was left in the mailbox with thorough details of service and recommendations for future gutter needs. Very satisfied and would use again.

Amruss is the best!! They were super prompt and straight-forward with scheduling and arrived perfectly on time. I wasn't able to return their voicemail in time but they happened to be in area so stopped by the address anyway and took care of the gutter cleaning right away! I mentioned I wanted all downspouts checked even though only one/two was included with original Angie's List coupon. They wound up just taking care of the extra 2 downspouts and didn't charge extra. They found an issue with level of one of our gutters so I requested an estimate for repairing it. They wanted to send someone else to examine which they did very quickly. In the end I didn't wind up doing the gutter repair (for totally unrelated reasons) but (George) provided a very competitive quote and took the time to show me exact options and reasoning... Will definitely use them again and recommend highly!

After an initial problem or lack of responsiveness to get the job scheduled, everything went fine and the service was provided. Overall, even with the initial scheduling issue I would use Amruss again.

The women who showed up, Veronica I believe, did a fantastic job. She was able to complete much more than I anticipated she would, was very thorough and left the house sparkling. Awesome Job!!!

They had 4 men come out and they got the gutters cleaned in no time. I have a two story home so cleaning the gutters isnt safe for me or my family members to do ourselves. I am very satisfied with their work and would definitely hire them again.

The workers arrived when they said. They were professional and efficient. My mistake was not explaining that we had Pella's windows with the mini-blinds between the glasses. They would need additional time scheduled in to accommodate the time & labor. I was happy with the clean windows.

I contacted the Amruss and scheduled a time. They gave me a service window. They were a little late in showing up, but they did all the work and they did a good job. The price was reasonable and they were available on short notice. I will definitely call them in the future.

The terms should have been clear upfront in terms of what "whole house gutter cleaning" entailed. The price was competitive but not spectacular. The workers were responsive and on time. They were also polite and efficient.

After 2 reschedulings and then some confusion about the job location, it went fine. They were quick and courteous.

Some of my gutters still have leaves in them. He did not do a thorough job. He did everything super fast. He told me he got all the leaves out of the gutters the best he could. He could have done a better job on the windows. He did not do a good job on the second story gutters. The cost was fine but he missed a lot of spots. He missed a lot of corners and stuff. He did not really care once I told him the leaves were still up there. He did not go back and check or anything. I don't think he was professional in the way that he presented himself and did all the work and stuff. He did not seem like he cared. He was not very personable.

This was a big deal purchase. I was able to set up the appointment for service immediately and I was able to get them to come out and do the service when I needed it, which was that week. Ultimately with what they did do, which was cleaning the inside and outside, they did a good job. So, I was very happy with the actual window cleaning. What I was not happy with was the price that I ended up ultimately paying, which was definitely more than the big deal. I just felt nickel and dimed and I would not use them again as window washers and I would not purchase any big deal or any other deal from them. Even though they say that they stated their pricing policies online I remember reading their pricing policies before I purchased the big deal, but at the end of the day I had to go around my home and have them price out every single window. It was ridiculous. I have some windows that are multi-paned and some that have no panes at all, but they had a different pricing policy for every different window in my house so not only was it confusing, but it was very frustrating. I was in a position where I really needed the service so they had me over a barrel. Otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. I don't know that the two men that came out to do the work were the best professional face for that business. They did a good job for washing those windows at the price they charged me. The work was done in the same week that I purchased the deal. I had a specific time and the owner of the company called and said that her workmen were in the area and could they come early? I think that they would just have come at the time scheduled so they were punctual.
