Katya and her partner was excellent. My wife complemented them by saying they are cleaning as thoroughly as she would have done- a high watermark indeed. Katya even cleaned a little over the time limit. I would employ them again. I would really like Angies List to provide a format for this feedback portion making it less time consuming for us to enter feedback, Who has the time to write a long paragraph nowadays and that deters from providing positive feedback.

Overall it went well, they did end up charging us more than what we paid for so I wish that was a little more defined because we were at their mercy on the price.

I initially had trouble booking my appointment. When I purchased the deal, I specifically chose dates in January. When they contacted me, they were proposing dates for November. When I clarified the dates, they stated they would contact me in January. I did contact them early, asking them if they could come in early January. I received no response,but assumed that, because of the holidays, the office might have been closed. When I contacted them on January 6, they responded same-day and we set up an appointment for the 15th between 8-9am. Today was the appointment, and no one arrived by 9:20am. I called and was told that the cleaning manager was out, but on her way to me. The person who answered the phone took my number and told me the manager would contact me. I heard nothing for 25 more minutes, when the cleaning team arrived at my apartment. They didn't acknowledge that they were late or that I had tried to contact them. At first glance, things looked good. But after getting a chance to walk through more thoroughly he cleaning job is fine, but not great. The bathtub still has some soap scum, and there are still spots on the mirrors. A few things are still dusty. At the end of the appointment, Veronika asked me to fill out a mail-in Angie's list review to give to her, rather than mail in. She also asked me if we could set things up so I would be a regular customer. I told Veronika that I would provide the review online at Angie's List. I also said because they were 45 minutes late and no one contacted me, I would not book with them again or as a regular customer. Now that I have had a chance to look at the cleaning job more closely, I wouldn't book again based on the price either.

Veronika and Maret (?) worked very hard. They dusted, vacuumed, cleaned 2 1/2 bathrooms and washed the floors. They were very thorough, and I would certainly hire them again.

It was BAD experience. I purchased 4 hours house clean, but they said they would sent 2 people working 2 hours. I thought it would be more efficiency. But I was wrong. They sent two people, but one was working while the other one was watching that guy, and they were keeping chatting. I don't understand what is this working style. They tired to make their work slowly as they can, then asked for extra time for unfinished work. I don't think they were failed to finish such normal house clean within 2 hours. They were not professional at all. NEVER use this provider!!!

This is my first time hiring this company. Arranging gutter cleaning is weather dependent and was efficient - thru email and phone. Left debris in garbage bag (as expected). Would use company again.

Did a great job. Invoiced an additional bs fee for what they considered extra square footage.

Like other reviews on this site for their specials, this provider did a classic bait/switch. They claimed windows were non-standard and required double the price to complete. I don't understand what their definition of a standard window would be, as although the home has some stained glass, they were not asked to clean any of this. Additionally, the only windows I asked them to clean were the smaller double sash types that would be found on any residential home. I asked them to leave if they couldn't perform the work I had paid for. I will now be pursuing a refund through Angie's List, but I fear that if I had done business directly through them, I would not be getting my money back. Overall, you shouldn't do an Angie's List "deal" if you are just going to back out or try to charge "extra" once you show up. Although not related to this review directly, this is the second time I've purchased a a big "Deal" where I have been asked to pay nearly double what the deal was (which is the price without the deal ironically). The first time I sucked it up not knowing any better, this time I simply refused.

The technician came on time and did a thorough job.

They did a pretty good job. I was a little bit taken because they wanted extra money for a window when I thought my wife said to settle the whole thing before they came out to do the work. They left 3 screens off. I had to give them some more money. They came out on time. They could get their pricing straight.

Arrived on time and cleaned 41 windows both inside and out in less than 2 hours. Great job and reasonably priced.

I didn't realize they would wash everything by hand - it took so much longer than anticipated (3 hours for about 25 windows). Also, I had to call the company during the visit since I had purchased a package that included like 20 windows and had to pay for the extra 5. The extra 5 window cost seemed ridiculous so I called and the lady gave me the extra windows for half of that price.

They were going t come the very next day. It was too windy and rainy, s they came the next day. This is the 2nd time we've used them and we'll probably use them again!

Beyond my expectations. It is obvious that Amruss is committed to excellence. Olga arrived ontime. I've never seen anyone work so hard and so fast. Absolutely the best.

They were very professional and clean. I really appreciate how they didn't leave any of the leaves from the glutters on the ground

The serviceman arrived, checked in with us and then inspected and cleaned the gutters & confirmed downsports were clear working.

Very happy with technician. Removed poor gutter covers and clean gutters.

There was no extra cost. They didn't do the front storm door. When they came here it was getting night. Otherwise, they did a good job. The young man did a real good job. But the older man wasn't as serious as the young man. I rehired them for gutter cleaning. They didn't ever get back to me. They had to take the measurement of the gutters and take it back to their office and were going to contact me and let me know how much it was. But they didn't come back. They didn't know good English. If I hired them again, I would just tell them to come in the daytime. They were nice people.

She arrived on time; worked hard, and stayed about 20 minutes more to finish the job right. Impressive

I bought an Angie's Deal. They called/emailed almost immediately to schedule and came out the next. They were great!

2 people were here for 2 1/2 hours and cleaned my 4 BR, 2 bath home very well.
