I purchased a deal for 4 hours of Housecleaning for $99. There were a few emails exchanged at the beginning to set up a choice of 3 days to come to my house. I listed 3 possible choices, all before Christmas. I specifically bought this deal for this reason. The last email exchanged between us was that they would contact me about a week before the cleaning to set a date. They never emailed me or called me to do this.

My carpet wasn't cleaned for about 2 years, so i make a decision to clean it. I have been looking for a company with a good price and of course needed a good quality . I have used Izabela Skalna services before for housecleaning and window washing and was completely satisfied with them so i was sure they will also do a good job cleaning my carpet, and they did! Finally my carpet looks like new!

Serviceman arrived on the date scheduled and completed work. I like that they take all the debris with them.

Very nice worker – very thorough. Was not able to clean entire house in 4 hours but it is a big house. So we prioritized. Brought her own supplies.

I asked that screens be removed and washed. They hesitated but did so. They also removed my neighbor's (townhouses) by mistake and had difficulty determining which screens went where. Two of the screens ended up with holes. I believe the youngest worker who seemed unsure of himself probably caught the screen with the corner of another. They did not believe they did the damage but eventually agreed to repair the two screens. They had them back to me quickly.

The cleaning when well. The date was changed for unknown reasons but they came one day later and seemed to have done a good job. However, it's a bit hard for me to tell because I cannot see the gutters of my house.

The installer arrived promptly and finished the job in one day. This was refinishing an 80 year old bathtub in an older condo building. The refinished bathtub looks great! The liquid refinishing seems to be the best way to do this sort of thing. We are quite happy with the result.

I was not home. They came promptly and handled the cleaning very neatly. They saw what needed to be done, and did it completely on their own initiative.

I recently moved to Wheeling from Chicago. I was waiting for my apartment and there was only one reason why they did not want to give me my apartment - carpet was needed to be cleaned. They told me that I was supposed to wait another couple of weeks before I get my apartment ready. I told them that I could hire some company by myself. I went to Angie's list and found the company named "Izabela Skalna Inc". I called the office and scheduled my appointment for an estimate. The technician came the next day, gave me the price and was able to do actual job the same day. I was very pleased with provided service. I have used Amruss a few times now for a gutter cleaning. They show up when they should, and do a fine job of cleaning the gutter. They left an invoice in my mailbox. I called several times (during office hours) to pay the bill and left messages. I never got a response from them. Finally they picked up the phone when I called and informed me that they do not take any credit card payments, and that I would have to send a check. I would have much rather pay by credit card, but also am surprised that they did not call me back (this was a week after I left the first message, to tell me this so I could have gotten them the check sooner. They are hard to get ahold of, even during their posted business hours.

It went fine. It could have been a little faster. It was a slow process. They weren't dressed professionally. I would recommend them to friends and family members.

I was impressed with how quickly this business responded to my purchase. They actually had one of their employees in my area and asked if they could perform the work that same afternoon. The man who came to the house to do the work was courteous, professional, and efficient. Very happy with the overall experience.
