Our windows look terrific and the gutters were thoroughly cleaned out.

Very unreliable schedule-wise, no additional estimate, understaffed. The quality was okay.

they were very responsive and came within a few days of purchase. However, in order to clean the gutters prior to a snow event, they cleaned the gutters without my presence. It is odd to have someone come and do a job and you aren't there. They did a good job, thee areas that I noticed the biggest build up were cleared and no longer had any water flow issues. I am use to being at my home with a serviceman arrives to here any feedback or suggestions, but I did not have that opportunity. They did the job well.

I was very disappointed in this service. They blocked my new car in the driveway and never asked us to move it. When they were finished the back of my car was covered with back splash and filthy. When my husband complained they gave us $5 and washed the back 1/4 of the car. The siding after they left was still dirty in places, when I wiped it with a paper towel it came back black. The windows with screens are now way dirtier then when they started. I could have done a better job with my hose.

They did not do a good job. Their job wasn't that right. They should probably do a right job. If you don't want streaks on your house, you should probably use someone else.

This was a big deal purchase. It was okay. They had to come back a second time because they missed something the first time. I was not that excited. The guy was in such a hurry he did not put some of the screens back in.

They showed up within the time window. They were very fast and seemed to do a good job. I didn't climb up and look in the gutters, but we haven't had any problems with them this winter. I would hire them again, and recommend them to friends.

It was very efficient and fast. The staff was very professional. The only thing that is not clearly specified is how one paneled window becomes 2 or more windows depending on how many panels.

It was fine. I have the same issue with these people. I buy the deal and then they want more money because I have a large square footage house. I have a two story house but I only have gutters on one story. They always want an extra $30. I went with another company last year and they did the same thing. It just seems to be this idea that if the square footage is big, it must be more. They are not very local for me and I like to use people more local. They have to travel to get here. When you talk to Izabela Skalna she's a little bit hard to understand because of her accent. When the guys came out the just came out in a regular old car rather than a company truck with their name on the side. They could have been anybody off the street.

They did very well. I've used them once before.

It was much less than any other service we have ever used. They wiped things down, as if you would yourself, left things dusty, counter tops and the stove still filthy. No floor or furniture polish, really a D plus type job. I wouldn't use them again.

It went reasonably well. I got my money's worth. I paid nothing extra. They should have spent a little more time on the windows but there was bad weather so I understood. I can't grade quality because of the weather, I don't want to blame them.

I didn't have a tall ladder at the time, and parts of my roof are fairly steep, and I'd noticed sprouts growing out of my gutters, so I bought the gutter cleaning deal. I was out running errands and came home and they'd already started. I think they were done in less than 30 minutes, which is great, but I'm not sure how thorough the job was, or what kind of condition my gutters were in, because they didn't really stick around much to talk about it. The service was good, the communication wasn't great.

The service was okay. It was not outstanding. It was adequate. I added another half-an-hour which was an hour combined because there were two of them. So, that was another $35 on top of the $80 Big Deal. We do have a large home. Part of it was language, they were Russians and their English was not really great. I explained some of the things on how I want them to happen and it did not happen quite that way, but I have had re-surgery and it was better than I could do at that point-in-time so I was grateful for that. I thought the pricing was good. They came at the time they said they would. They were very good that way. They brought their own equipment and they have their supplies.

Two men arrived on time and one spoke to me about what was to be done. He was unsmiling and there may have been a language barrier between us. After I approved the extra charges (see above) the first guy started in working downstairs. The other man never said a word and immediately went up on the roof of our 30-year-old, two-story house to do the upstairs windows. Both men worked quickly and it all looked clean when they were done.

Prompt. Brought supplies with her. Very detailed and cleaned some areas we didn't even expect, such as glass shelves in the bathroom with colored glasses pieces. Very pleasant. Worked quickly and efficiently and thoroughly. Very reasonable cost.

I could not do second story of my double gable roof home. They arrived on time, got right to work. Leaned out all of the gutters and downspouts, my second story had not been cleaned out in years and was draining slow. Once done cleaning out gutters, brought up hose and flushed all the gutters and downspouts to make sure all was clean and flowing. Found a tennis ball in upper gutter that was right over the inlet to one of the upper downspouts. My son loves hitting the tennis balls over the house for the dog to chase, so that has now been ended. Service listed $79 dollar sale as including three downspouts, sis all seven on mine for no additional fee. Great work.
