Great customer service and very professional, but the product doesn't work as well

Very understanding of customers needs. Very flexible around customers schedule. Very reasonable pricing. The crew was great. It's hard to find people that actually like what they do and are happy with who they work for. Quality of work is always better with happy employees.

The communication , from sales through installation was fantastic. The work was completed on schedule and as planned, and they were very flexible. We will be using them again for more insulation work later this year, and I heartily recommend them.

Steve was very thorough with what was exactly going to be done during the initial visit. The guys who did the actual installation were on time, very clean and made sure I was satisfied with the end result. Steve even came by to check on progress. Made me feel very secure that we were receiving the best service and product.

Illinois Insulators did what they said they were going to do on the days they said they would do the work. Plus they clean up after themselfs. I watched as they were working from a distance to keep out of there way.. A couple of contractor asked for there names.
