I never used service magic before but decided to use a company connected to a rating system. Service magic gave me the companies that best fit my job. I called and the companies came out a gave me a free estimate. Service magic even sent my request to the companies. I decided to go with Illinois Insulators. The salesman was very professional when he came out. He worked with me to get me at a price i could afford. The workers were very nice, prompt, clean, neat and professional. They put down plastic and covering all over to protect my furniture. When they were done they vacuumed their way out the front door. They even added extra blow in insu

my sales person steve kept in constant contact with me thru 3 months on me making my decision. just a call every 3 weeks and some good conversation about the product and never forced me into making a decision until i was ready to have the work done. got put on the schedual , and workers showed at the appointed time , we went thru work order and then they proceeded to do the work. neat and clean and answered any question that i had. work done , house clean and we shook hands and they went on to there next job.satisifed and will recomend to anybody out there , they do what they say and no bull .. thank you

I was really impressed when the owners of the company came to my home to give me a thorough evaluation of my situation. I was under the impression that my low insulation problems were isolated to my attic. However, Steve and Kevin took the time to discuss my air leakage problems within my ENTIRE home--and offered solutions that would make my living space more comfortable and energy effecient. I'd also like to add that their visit was a "no pressure to hire" meeting--and most importantly, their prices are very competitive! They work fast and clean up after themselves. I highly recommend Illinois Insulators. (friendly,best prices, great job)

This was a very good experience. Steve, the salesmam was very helpfull in explaining all my options and willing too be flexable with what i wanted. The guys that did the job were very professional and friendly, did the job were in and out didnt leave a mess and cleaned up every piece of debri that was on the floor. Price was great was able too match other bids i received and went the extra mile too make us happy. Would and have recommended this company to anyone interested in insulation.

Wonderful experience. Steve spent so much time explaining what needed to be done. Had several problem areas that were taken care of. Work was done while I was at work...they did such a great job cleaning up that I wasnt sure if they had come or not! I think they did quality work at a great price. It was very easy to work with them, efficient communication-professional and courteous!

Workiers were friendly and on time. They worked quickly without disturbing anything tin the rest of the house. They explained everything they were doing ahead of time and did a great clean-up after all the work was done.

The crew that installed my Solar attic fan as well as the insulation team were very polite, friendly and eager to reply to questions regarding the entire job. After they were finished and left, the clean up they performed was such that you wouldn't even know anyone was here. Yes, I highly recommend this company as one that does what they say and they are fast with the estimate and fair.

They were right on time 1st of all which was great! The installers who came out were very professional and any questions I had they answered. It was also nice to be able to see the difference in the work that they did & feel the difference.

I am so glad I chose Illinois Insulators. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and very helpful. The guys who came out to do the work were great. They were efficient, accommodating and very pleasant. Eventhough I haven't turned on the heat or air conditioning in the last couple days I've already noticed a difference. Before they insulated my attic the house was cold when it was cold outside and hot when it was hot outside. Now the temperature doesn't vary by more than a degree or two no matter what the temperature is outside. I definitely made the right choice and I couldn't be more pleased.

The crew was very professional and promt. They were very neet and cleaned up as they indicated they would. There was a problem with the insulation thickness (it was not as thick as it should have been). Steve immediatly acknowledged my concern and promised to rectify the problem. A crew came back to the job site, and finished the job. They did an outstanding job. Overall, I am very happy with the service I received, and would hire Illinois Insulators again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Arrived when they said they would, slightly before nine. Did the job professionally, cleaned up afterwards and all for a very reasonable price.
