A DAY AND NIGHT CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

I contracted them to simply clean the edges of 3 rooms and a hallway -- not 5 rooms. The woeful kid who they sent provide the service, annoyed that he had to work that day, related that there would be a $148 up-charge to clean the edges only. I agreed to the up-charge, only to learn upon the "completion" of the job that the equipment was not capable of cleaning the edges. Bottom line -- I spent $270 dollars for absolutely nothing.

Overall, I was happy with the service. The guy was friendly and did good work. The carpet looks good and there were no additional fees. I had 2 problems though. I can't 100% blame them, but I feel like it's 95% their fault that whatever solution was used in our master bedroom felt toxic. The smell made me feel sick. I had to leave my windows open and spray Febreze to get rid of the smell. I had to sleep in another room the night after the service as well. The other thing is minor, but they pulled their hose across our lawn and they left a hose pattern in our grass. The bleach solution essentially bleached a path through our yard.

The price was relatively cheap for what they did, because we also had a groupon, besides being on Angie's List. My wife was home when they did this. She said that they did a terrific job. Everything was good. You can't expect the carpet to look brand new, especially when it is 20something years old. The reason why we brought them in, was because we have an older dog, and there were some accidents here and there along the way. He was able to get out the majority of that stuff, so I have no complaints. My boss also used them at a certain point, because she called me yesterday about them.

I was happy to learn that they worked with Walter E Smithe and cleaned their upholstery, however, I was not impressed with how my carpets looked after the service. We've had them cleaned in the prior year by a different company and they looked great. Non of our stains were set in, just some minor traffic stains, most of the bedrooms we don't even use. I found the carpets looked exactly the same once they dried so I asked them to come back after I emailed them pictures of what the carpet looked like the following day. They were very responsive and said they were having trouble with the machine that day came back. However, even though there was something wrong with the machine the initial cleaning (meaning all the rooms got the same lack of cleaning) the guys only cleaned a couple of the stains in the master because he said those are the ones I pointed out to him. In the end, when the carpet dried again, the difference wasn't significantly noticeable. I will not be using them again.

The young rep, Seth, worked very h****** a very hot day and at the end of his day. Excellent job.

It went PERFECT! I got the deal thru Angie's List, they called, we set up a day, they gave me about a 3 hour time frame when they would be there, he showed up at only an hour after the initial time (said he'd be there between 1 & 3, showed up at 2), hooked up his equipment, did the 5 rooms (plus the small hallway which I don't think was included, but he did it anyways, took an extra 2 minutes). Now how's this for time....30 minutes! Yes, he was done in 30 minutes, in and out. I liked the efficiency, the time that didn't waste "my" time at all, the professionalism, the actual cleanliness of the carpet after it was done, and 5 rooms for the price wasn't bad either.

Fine. Just couldn't find a date that worked.

I needed to get them in on short notice and they fit me into their schedule. Showed up on time, explained what they would do talked about specific spot treatments, what to expect in drying and moving a few pieces back after the fact. Andrew the tech was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and a very hard worker, and it was his birthday! Carpets and spots look clean and bright. Happy over all with the service, results and nice friendly staff.

Working with this company was a disaster from start to finish. It took 3 different scheduled days to finally get the service, and after the services were provided, brown streaks appeared once the carpets dried. The company has not returned my calls. On the first scheduled day, I had not heard from the company during the service window. I called to check on them, and the dispatcher said that she was trying to track down the technician. Turns out that something happened with one of their guys, and so they were a no-show that day. On the second schedule day, a friendly, professional technician showed up, but once he was about to start, the equipment did not work. We had to reschedule for another day. On the third day, they came, and cleaned the carpets. Overall, I was satisfied, and they gave me an ok discount for my trouble. However, a few days after the carpet dried, I noticed some brown streaks on the stairs that were not there before they cleaned. I tried calling to discuss this with the company and they did not call me back. Overall, I would not recommend this company.

Service was great. These guys use good equipment, and results were better than what I've gotten from other companies.

They were very good. Great infact! I didnt expect them to do as well as they did, because my carpet is very white, and they made the carpet look good as new. They were on time. The only thing that I didnt like was that the carpet cleaner adjusted the price without talking to his boss, but I still felt that the price was very fair.

Needed to get carpets cleaned before move for landlord (security deposit in jeopardy) When the landlord saw the results he was extremely impressed.

The service was fine. The person I spoke with to reschedule gave me a really hard time about it and wasn’t friendly. It got to the point where I wasn’t sure if they even wanted to do the job. I was a little disappointed with that but the work was fine.

They are just excellent. It is the best carpet cleaning job I have ever seen.

Andrew arrived early, which I appreciated since I had another appointment to go to. He did a wonderful job. All stains were taken out and my carpet bought in 1997 looks brand new. Andrew is friendly, hard working and I highly recommend him.

Showed up on time. Job was done well. Job was done quickly. Employee was friendly and focused.

It was fine. They came and cleaned the carpet. The staff that came out was friendly but they tried to upsell. I ended up spending more because the upsold me. I probably spent somewhere around $200 to $250 more than I had planned initially to spend with them.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and the worked turned out fine. My interaction with the provider was good. I spent above the Big Deal price.

Provider was able to fit their schedule into mine. They worked very hard and they are very friendly.

It was fine. It was worth the money.
