Description of Work: Technician told me they would come back out and attempt to clean grout again if the grout did not dry and appear to be clean. When I called and asked them to do what they promised, Gary came out and gave me all kind of excuses about why the grout would not clean. I questioned if the grout had been sealed. He said yes but months later there is no evidence the grout had been sealed. I feel totally ripped off by this company. VERY UNHAPPY CONSUMER!!

Description of Work: This is the big problem with the 'Angie's List Big Deals'. The company becomes overwhelmed with work and is hard to schedule and get any reply from. After going back & forth for 2 weeks, I finally scheduled them for a day between 2 & 4pm. They arrived at 4:35pm. Needless to say I was not happy. I would have been angrier if the quality of work was poor, but it was outstanding. The carpets look great and we were happy with the job they did, when it finally got done!
