The electrician was prompt polite.

He came out and said it was 200$ for the 1st hour and a half, he was here only 45 minutes and pulled up some electrical lines and didn't put them back he actually cut them anyway so anyone else that comes out will have to replace that. He gave me a verbal estimate that was about a 900$ difference that the written estimate, and still charged me the 200$.

Jim was very knowledgeable, and prompt in responding -- he gave us a very cost efficient quote (we had several quotes, and West Suburban was the lowest), and the quality of work was great!! The guys finished a relatively big project in one day, were very clean and professional, and we will gladly use them again for future projects (and refer them to our friends and family).

They were very professional and wasred noe time analyzing the problem and the incident resulted becase the unit was not installed improperly.

Jim did a very nice job installing my recessed lighting in my kitchen. He was very polite and the finished product looks amazing. He also cleaned up after the job very nice and left no mess behind.
