I had them install a new outdoor outlet. Extremely professional and exceeded my expectations. I will use them for all of my electronic needs in the future.

My only complaint is that they didn't show up at our scheduled time and had to reschedule for later in the day.

Received excellent service when installing 2 exhaust fans and replacing a lighting fixture. Jim is very knowledgeable and recommended a surge switch in our electric panel which I had installed. My only complaint is that they did not take away the old exhaust fans and lighting fixture with them and that I had to throw them away myself, using my garbage stickers.

Jim is professional and an expert! He replaced a ceiling fan (2 story ceiling) with added light feature and installed a kitchen chandelier. I could not be more pleased with the service and he will be my "go to electrician" for any future home electrical needs. Thanks for a job well done!

Jim is a very knowledgable and professional electrician. His work is clean, detail, and very precise. We hired him to install LED lamps in our home office. He noticed computers in our home so he recommended a surge protector for the entire home and we went for it. He is not a pushy sales person. He showed as the product and told us to do a research and think about it. Now every appliance in our house is protected and we have awesome lamps in our home office. I am so very happy that we found Jim.

Good job with prompt service

This company is awesome and we highly recommend them. Jim is very professional and informative. He arrived promptly and well prepared to do the job. He even was able to do an extra project we had forgotten to mention to him when we scheduled the appointment. We are highly satisfied and will call them the next time we need an electrician.

Jim lived up to his reviews--prompt, polite, informative, clean and went the extra mile. He noticed an open space in the breaker box where a large breaker had recently been removed and told me that it was dangerous and wouldn't pass inspection. He got a small cover out of his van and snapped it into place to close the open area. I would have given him 5 stars, but thought his $200 base rate to replace an existing outlet was a little higher than others, especially considering that I provided the new outlet. All in all, though, a very good experience and would hire him again.

I hired Jim and West Suburban Electric after an absolutely horrible experience trying to get repairs done by someone else. Jim took the time to explain what was wrong, steps to get it fixed, and recommended additional steps to make our house's electrical system more reliable in the future. It was one of the most positive contractor experiences I've ever had, and I will be hiring them again in the future.
