Artur made a bid on new & upgraded breaker box, additional circuit in kitchen, additional circuit on second floor, repair electrical connection to outside lights. There were unanticipated problems, but Artur handled them like a professional. Also very personable.

STORM ELECTRIC WAS HIRED TO INSTALL VEHICLE CHARGING STATION. DURING INSTALL I HAVE NOTICED THAT ARTUR'S EMPLOYEE IS PULLING OUT 2 LONG WIRES OUT OF THE EXISTING CONDUIT WHERE ELECTRIC PANEL WAS. I HAVE ASKED HIM WHY IS HE DOING THAT AND I HAVE ASKED HIM IF THERE WAS ENOUGH SPACE TO RUN NEW WIRE. HE HAD TOLD ME THATS HOW HE MAKES A SPACE FOR NEW WIRE AND ASSURED ME THAT EVERYTHING IS FINE. I HAVE TENDERED CHECK FOR AGREED SUM. I HAVE ASKED ARTUR FOR SERVICE INVOICE. HE STATED THAT ONE WILL BE PROUCED NEXT DAY. ON THE FOLLOWING DAY I HAVE REALIZED THAT PARTIAL EXTERIOR LAMPS ARE NOT WORKING AND I REALIZED THAT STORM ELECTRIC AFFECTED WIRES . I HAVE CALLED ARTUR TO FOLLOW UP BUT HE SAID HE WILL GET BACK TO ME. ON NUMBER OCASIONS I HAVE MADE MORE REQUESTS FOR ARTUR TO PRODUCE SERVICE INVOICE, PROVIDE COPY OF THE ELECTRIC LICENSE AND PROVIDE COPY OF THE INSURANCE. ARTUR HAS BEEN IGNORING MY REQUESTS EVER SINCE. TO MAKE HIS PROBLEM MORE COMPLEX LATER ON I REALIZED THAT SECONDARY SUMP PUMP POWER WAS ALSO CUT OFF BY STORM ELECTRIC ALTERATION. I'M IN THE PROCESS OF RETAINING ORIGINAL ELECTRIC CONTRACTOR THAT BUILD ENTIRE SYSTEM TO FIND OUT WHAT EXACTLY STORM ELECTRIC DISCONNECTED. I HAVE LEFT VOICE MESSAGE FOR HOME ADVISOR COMPLAINING DEPARTMENT ONE MONTH AGO. NO ONE HAS GOT BACK TO ME. TODAY I HAVE LEFT ANOTHER MESSAGE PLUS INTENDING TO FORWARD THIS COMPLAIN TO CEO OF HOME ADVISOR GROUP SINCE I CANNOT FIND REMEDY TO RECTIFY THIS MATTER

The work done by Storm Electric was first rate and economical. The new circuit breaker, wiring, and outdoor lighting added value to my house and improved my quality of life.

They completed it on time.

I had requested a quote to increase the AMPs in my house because the circuits would blow when I ran more than 1 appliance at time (i.e washing machine & microwave). After Storm Electric access my electrical panel, he informed me that my house had enough AMP, and only needed to separate the various appliances to individual breakers. His quote saved me a lot of money!! When he came to do the work, he brought a generator to run my refrigerator and TV while the electronic power was shut off. Very pleasant & unexpected touch. I would highly recommend them to others.

Arthur came and installed a new circuit breaker. He called because he was running early to ask me if he could come right over. He promptly fixed the breaker. I unexpectedly got a text the next morning. It was Arthur asking me if everything was still working. This company/Arthur was fantastic. In addition, his charge for the project was 50% lower than the next lowest bidder. I would hire him again. I would highly recommend him for any electrical issues you may have.

Arthur was on time and was very knowledgeable. I had several light fixtures that were not working in my living room plus most of the lights on the 2nd floor flickered quite a bit when on. He found the problems with my living room and fixed those quickly. For the flickering issue, he changed out the breakers since they were original equipment & over 40 years old. Only time I have seen any flickering since is when it was storming outside a couple of times. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

We had an outlet installed to accommodate our dryer in our new home. We weren't sure if we had a three prong or four prong plug. We decided to go with the three prong. When the movers delivered our dryer we realized it was actually a four prong. I called and they came out and switched it out the next day free of charge. Very happy with the service!
