Fair pricking and great work

On time, professional, honest, he power wash and cleaned out of all my gutters and drain pipes. He also cleans up after and power washed garage door as well as all windows. He is fast and nice to work with. He tells me if he finds any damage to gutters while he is cleaning. Reasonable pricing. He always makes sure my drains pipes are clear and water flowing out all debris. I have used Juan several times and I am always pleased. He has cleaned my gutters for at least 3 years. In the past he has power washed my house and concrete patio. You want be disappointed with his work.

We hired him for a couple projects. Power washing the exterior & windows of our house., Powerwashed patio and brick drive and painted/stained our deck. He returned my original call in less than an hour..The next day he came and did a free estimate. He gave us a start date but the weather was bad that day, ...he stayed in contact w/ us ,he watched the weather and rescheduled for 2 days later. Incrediblely polite & knowledgeable, answered all my questions showed up when he said he would, estimate was the same as the total, and wow the work was done with pride and everything looked great!! Give Juan a try you won't be disappointed!! He will definitely be back for our next project!!
