ROGER'S LANDSCAPING

Roger took the time with us that was needed to make sure we both knew what we wanted to be done. Told him what we envisioned and he gave us his feedback based on our discussion. It was nice that he offered his advice as well. He contacted the services to make sure if any digging would be appropriate in the area we wanted the work done. Roger presented a proposal to us which detailed the work to be done along with what flowers and bushes he would suggest. There were photos of the flowers and bushes so that we could see what they would look like. The proposal broke down the costs involved which was acceptable to me and my husband. We agreed on the work and his office called to give us the date and time that they would be by to start the work. They were timely and his team of workers were very friendly and were able to answers questions I had about the flowers they were putting into the bed that they had created for us. We have a septic field in our front yard near where they were doing the work. You have to be careful about large machines and all going on top of the septic field. His men dug up the dirt manually without the use of the heavy equipment. When the work was all done, it was just as we expected and more. The landscaping that they did is beautiful and compliments our house which is what we were looking to do. Roger took the time after that to explain what we had to do as far as watering the plants and bushes from there. He even came back the next day to check on everything and watered the plants and bushes that time. Roger is an expert in his trade and i would recommend his business to anyone that would need services like this. Customer service is very important to him and his office and I believe that goes a long way.
