Description of Work: REQUESTED ASBESTOS TESTING OF VERMICULITE INSULATION. AUTHORIZED 3 TESTS, 7 TESTS PERFORMED INITIALLY. INITIAL TESTS INDICATED NO ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIALS ON SITE. COMPANY RECOMMENDED ADDITIONAL TESTING TO BE SURE WHICH SHOWED INDICATION OF ASBESTOS. COMPANY FOUND WHAT IT WANTED TO FIND AND RECOMMENDED ADDITIONAL SERVICES.
