Worked with Mark the owner. Came out and gave a quote. Stayed in touch. In business for 30 years. To be able to do that says a lot about his service. Told me exactly what he was going to do. He was quick, clean, and professional. Product and service was a little expensive, but not totally out of bounds from what I was told it would be. I felt it could have been cheaper, but the damage it prevents to both floors and furniture and not having to keep drapes closed it was worth the expenditure.
