The experience was very pleasant overall. Our salesperson was Susan, who was very friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable with no pressure on buying the carpeting or on setting up the installation date. When the date was set, the installers called before coming out, giving us a 2-hour window of when they would arrive. They were there soon after they called and began work immediately and worked straight through the day, finishing the job in approximately 8 hours.

They were very professional and cleaned up the entire work area completely. All furniture was moved back to their original locations and they were very careful in handling and moving the furniture around, taking care not to nick walls or doors. The quality of the carpet-laying job appeared to be excellent and we were very pleased with their work.

Excellent job by the installer. He arrived exactly when he said he would and installed the door over a new rear entry door, so we were concerned about damage to the brand new entry door. However, the installer was very careful and did a very professional job and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. The job only took an hour and the storm door has performed perfectly since the installation.

Very well. The installers were right on time, approximately 9:00 a.m. and finished the job around noon. It was an excellent job, with much effort put into the stretching of the carpet to ensure the proper fit on all sides. The cutting around the edges was very precise, in fact, to the point where no quarter or half round trim was necessary along the walls. The installers cleaned up completely afterward. Our only complaints: 1)The Home Depot ad listed a sale price per sq. yd. for the carpet but our purchase rang up an incorrect price (the sale price wasn't in the computer). Home Depot, however, corrected it immediately after we showed them the ad, so there was no problem. 2) We were told the carpet would be delivered in late June but delivery wasn't made until mid-July.

I visited the tool rental counter nearly every weekend during July and August for a brick patio project we were working on. We rented many things, including trucks (for hauling the bricks and for bringing the tools home), a two-man augur, brick saw, and a vibratory plate compactor. Paul, the gentleman at the rental counter, was extremely patient and helpful in explaining how to operate the tools, loading the equipment, and charging us for us (always rounding down!). Typically the counter at this Home Depot is very busy, especially on weekends, so it helps to get there first thing when they open, because you can't reserve any equipment in advance. Make sure you clean and re-fuel any equipment that you rent!

It went surprisingly well. We stopped at the store, and a person at the store said that they do home remodeling as well. They sent someone out to give us an estimate. We signed a contract with them. The person that did the work did an excellent job. He did a really clean and good job as well.

EVERYONE IN THE STORE WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE PAINT DEPARTMENT DID A VERY GOOD JOB HELPING ME CHOOSE A COLOR. THE SALESPEOPLE ASKED ME SEVERAL TIMES IF THEY COULD HELP ME WHEN I LOOKED CONFUSED. I ENDED UP WITH MY PAINT AS WELL AS A SPECIAL ORDER RUG. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THE RUG WAS GOING TO TAKE 3 WEEKS TO BE DELIVERED FROM THE VENDOR. TO MY SURPRISE THE RUG ONLY TOOK 5 DAYS. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE.
