Professional, courteous, and highly proficient staff properly diagnosed and repaired electrical system problems that my previous mechanics were unable to address.

They are skillful and they keep you in the communication loop as far as what is going on with the car and when it is going to be ready. They are accurate in their assessments in what needs to be done. They are very responsive about fixing the car and they tell you the earliest time possible to fix the car.

They were amazing.  I stopped, without an appointment, to ask for advice
about possible auto body work - I had accidentally pulled my bumper
loose, caught on a curb in a parking lot.  I am new to the area and had
been to A - Z for a couple of oil changes and was impressed with their
service, advice and great atmosphere, so I believed that I could trust
them to give me a fair assessment, and I was right.  They checked
underneath my car right away, saw that there was an inexpensive fix,
using a few drilled holes and new bolts, beneath the car and unseen on
the car's exterior.  I certainly didn't expect to have the repairs done there and then, but
they fixed the bumper, it holds and looks just fine, and then did not charge me anything
for their work. 
I recommend them to everyone I can talk to and will definitely be back for new tires next
month and for whatever car needs I have.  It is such a relief to find a place who does honest
and more than competent work, and their receptionist is even nice on the phone and in
person.  I've lived many places and owned several cars in my life, and this experience has
been the best. 

Excellent work.  I was about to drive to work on morning and found the car wouldn't start.  I called A to Z, who advised that I leave a key behind while I took the train to work.  Within two hours A to Z send their recommended tow to my home and brought the car into their shop.  I was pleasantly surprised to have the car in working order on my normal commute home!  Moreover, they recommended I contact my insurance, who refunded me for the tow.   I would highly recommend A to Z!

They were extremely helpful, even offering to call the used car dealer that I purchased the car for to tell them what needed to be done, in order for the card to be safe for me to drive.  I did end up having some repairs done to this car, unfortunately, not here, but at the auto shop used by the used car dealer.  I will definitely refer friends and family to this excellent garage and will not hesitate to bring my other used car there for repairs that it will be needing soon.

The truth about A to Z....



Finding a trusty worthy mechanic is nearly impossible. So when, in the end, I found that Robert was one of the most honest mechanics I've met, I knew that A  to Z was a place that I should recommend.



I found this out when I took my car to another "trusted" mechanic who claimed that A to Z did nothing. Me, being gullible, found that this other "trusted" mechanic was simply an idiot. For example Robert from A to Z explained to me that my fusable link is NOT located in the engine - the other mechanic said it was.



All in all A To Z is by far the most honest, helpful and darn right awesome mechanic. What helps with this is that they are very personable, and knowledgeable - education pays off, folks.

Awesome, as usual! This time they worked on a 2008 Saturn Vue , and we received the same great service we come to expect. I can't explain how much I trust these guys to do only the work necessary and not try to "upsell". I have trusted a couple of OTHER auto shops before, but there was always a small part of me that still felt we were being taken advantage of at least a little bit. Not here.

I've used them repeatedly over the years and they have always been good. I like their service and the price of the work that they do. They do a good job.

Sure enough - I went on the drive into the city (20+ miles) and return home with no issue. We have and continue to take our cars to AtoZ for their service, quality, professionalism and honesty. He mentioned that he is a 3rd generation owner and the passion shows when dealing with them. Great service provider to have nearby!

I am so happy we found A-Z Auto Repair and the owner Robert. I initially took my 2002 Honda in due to it not passing emissions testing. Robert was so thorugh and explained everything to me, including all my options with my vehicle and gave me time to decide what I wanted to do. He is extremely knowledgeable with how the testing process works and helped me make the best decision; and he fixed the problem!!
My husband took his 2007 Chevrolet Avalance in after having it worked on by another shop. The "other" shop did over $300.00 in work and didn't fix the problem. Robert and his staff took thier time and properly diagnosed the problem. They gave my husband options and fixed the problem thoroughly!!
I won't take my vehicles anywhere else after dealing with Robert. I highly recommend this shop.
