We are presently winding down our third and final landscaping season with Architerra. The quality of the work and the value of the relationship has been declining since the first year and has reached the point that it's necessary to terminate. The work each of the last three years got of to a slow start. During that time we were among the last people in our neighborhood to be visited by their landscaper and by the time the beds were cleaned and the grass was cut our yard looked bad. Since we no longer own a mower, it was something we pretty much had to endure for days. This season was the final blow. I've had to do more work to maintain my property since the days when I did it all myself. The phone calls to the provider were tense at best and rude at worst. The communication is simply terrible. The final straw is the destruction of the downspouts around my house. I spent considerable time and money replacing the crushed and bent downspouts damaged by the crews over the past couple of years. I even installed hinges that would have enabled the men to lift the downspouts out of the way. Instead they destroyed the aluminum and the hinges with the mowers and trimmers. I don't know if they're simply careless, lazy or blind. But at this juncture I'm past the point of caring.

They did a very good job.

They do fantastic landscaping service. They come out right away even if it is a small work, which nobody wants to do. They make my lawn look fantastic and it does not look like I do it. They are really responsive and they listen. Even their crew understands what we need, and they ask questions if they do not understand rather than just trying it or do something. They are very communicative and very very timely, and I do not have wait for anything. Their price is very reasonable and quality is right on the money too.
