ExperiGreen Lawn Care - Chicago

Liquid Aeration was very poorly applied. The technician applied the product very sparsely. All areas of the lawn were not addressed. I paid for grub protection as well... which was a bust also. My backyard looks like the grubs had a national convention there. When I called customer service to complain about it grub damage I was told that the liquid aeration would fix the problem. At this point, I feel as if I wont be using them again.

Great company and service. Hired them last year to care for our lawn after a previous bad relationship and service from another lawn company. ExperGreen fixed the previous problems and now our lawn looks healthy, strong and GREEN! They come as expected and consistently provides us with great service.

Very pleased with their lawn care service. Have mostly worked with tech Deamonte Johnson. Always does a great job. I do always receive a call prior to visits and my lawn has definitely seen an improvement with our first year of service.

We have used Experigreen, and work with Jeremy the sales rep, over the last couple years and have been very pleased with their service of our lawn care as well as mosquito control. Having hired other lawn companies they are by far the best to work with.

I work with Jeremy as my sales representative and he is very knowledgeable about all of my lawn care needs. Always get a call before the techs come out to be sure that I don't need additional services at the time they come.

Timothy came out to spray my yard for mosquitos in prep for a party. He was very friendly and took the time to educate me on my needs. Separately Im having an issue with bees. He went out of his way to investigate and offered sound advice.

Jeremy's team is doing an awesome job this year. I have so many neighbors asking how my lawn looks so good. Keep up the great work.

Technician Rick did a great job. I forgot to pick up my dogâ  s toys and he made it a point to pick them up before he started. He was very conscientious and professional.

Still have weeds and crabgrass. Did an unauthorized spraying for mosquitos and charged me $60! The field guys seem great, but there is something missing in the office and communication.

Jon M was very knowledgeable and professional. I hope to see him back on my lawn and see the results.

Rachael was very professional and polite. She was able to explain and answer my concerns adequately!

Not happy about their service. The company decided to come in without discussing with me the date for their service.

Exp green is top notch. There Customer Service skills are excellent. Cecilia worked with me to resolve a billing issue which u had. In addition she was able to make a pricing adjustment to my account which allowed me to keep the service. She is very professional and knowledgeable concerning the products and services offered.

David Wilkins was the absolute best he was very knowledgeable and has great smile and personality he is an asset to any company that he works with. I recommend Experigreen over Trugreen any my lawn was instantly brought back to life and they get a 5 star rating in my book

Good service

Don the technician was pleasant, friendly and professional. Explained the program and even took the time to ask if I had any questions and was very helpful and knowledgeable in regard to answering my questions and offerring advice on how best to approach the care of my lawn and property. The lawn already looks significantly fuller and greener than what I had experienced during the past several years, when I was out there working on it, applying various products and seed I had obtained from the local Home Depot...and then spending many hours and many gallons of water just to get the lawn looking less shabby. So the service has been a cost saver as well as a time saver for me thus far. Still got some work to do, but with Don there to help with the applications, I'm expecting much better results this year... and the service team is always available and are courteous and professional..make me feel like a valued customer. always respond to requests promptly.

Spoke to Matt on the phone and he walked me through the options and a budget that would work for me. I feel like he was listening and worked with me to get the yard that I want. Looking forward to a great relationship with experigreen for years to come!

Looked out in the backyard and saw how nice my neighbors yard looked, when I inquired who he used, he gave Experigreen as his provider. He called his rep. and left a message for him to contact me. Within two hours I received a call and signed up for the service. Back in my early years I worked for every lawncare company in Illinois. Looking forward to the results. Jessie, my rep. did an astounding job explaining everything. I was both tech. and sales back then which helped me understand first hand what the homeowners were looking for.

Jeremy and Bob were extremely prompt in their responses. They made me feel completely comfortable and could not have made the experience any better. I have already been recommending them to my other neighbors! Stop reading reviews and give them a call today!!
