Quality Installation

We are very happy with the work completed. Scott kept us up to date and worked with our schedule to install and add trim to the windows as we are renovating our house. At first we had requested to just trim the windows he was replacing, however the windows looked so great we then decided to have him trim all the windows in the house.
The other window companies we had spoke to did not even offer to trim the windows and they only mailed an estimate without a follow up call or email. No extra effort was made to actually receive our business. Scott took the time to talk with us, make suggestions and listened to our concerns and questions.
His crew was also polite and cleaned up everything before they left. I would highly recommend Quality to anyone.

All work was performed exceptionally well and on time. Scott the owner is very well versed in the construction trades and attentive to detail. His tradesmen who come to the job site are true craftsmen and very polite and professional. I really can't say enough about this company. The only issue I had with my work was my fault; waiting until late in the year to schedule work to be done thinking that I would have a 2-3 week waiting period before the job would be started. That is a mistake; if you think you are the only one scheduling home improvements now, especially if you need custom  windows and doors, you a sadly mistaken. I learned that the hard way, but Quality Improvements did the best they could in the time frame available. I have several other home projects I will be using Quality for in the future. Your "take a way" is this:
1) If you want quality, you are going to pay for it in time and money now.
2) You will be sorry one day if you opt for a bargain now on your home, if you plan to keep it. I know because I have done this on my house and I have had to rip out work that was done 6-7 years ago for about $10,000. That money is gone, and I didn't have it to loose.
3) You can certainly feel free to shop around for other contractors, but you are just wasting time and lines are forming behind you!
4) The quality of the materials and work you are not going to match.

I was pleased with the work overall. I thought that there would be some finish work done on the inside, this was not the case. I just wish they had told me that they were going to do the inside and outside finish work.

Extremely well done in all stages. Terry's siding and insulation installation was so profession and meticulous that I doubt it could have been done better. Very professional, quick, clean installation of windows and doors. Our house is both much quieter and we're amazed at the drop in our heating/AC bills and very much enjoy the improvement in overall environmental quality of the inside of the house.

Terry sealed and installed a flashing between my house and deck in order to prevent future leakage. This job was completed quickly and looks great...it definitely provides the protection we need from rain storms. Recommend this company if you are in the market for windows/doors or general repair work. I plan to use them again in the future.

They did what was expected.

Signed contract 25 Oct 12, and work finished 5 Dec 12, within time predicted by Quality.
Marked Price as and quot;N/Aand quot; since I did not seek competing bids so I had no frame of reference.
The only reason I marked Professionalism as and quot;Goodand quot; is because, as of today, 22 Dec 12, the sales representative/supervisor has not stopped by to do a final check of the work or to say and quot;thanksand quot;. Perhaps he got wrapped up in other jobs. The two work men finished the job at nightfall, and I gave them the second check as final payment (Quality gave me a $292 and quot;Angie's List discountand quot;).

They were courteous and friendly.

We live in the Creve Coure / Maryland Heights area. At first I wasn't sure if an IL based company services this far, but they do and have many times (including us). Our house is about 55 years old and needed new siding bad. A couple of years ago we randomly called Sears for a siding quote and was truly disgusted not only with Sear's price (quoted $16k siding only) but their and quot;slimyand quot; sales approach. This left a bad taste with us. This time around we used angies list and picket two top ranked companies to get quotes from. We couldn't be happier!

In the end we went with quality installations because Scot (1 t is correct) continually went above and beyond for us, willing to do what it takes to get our business. Plus his main siding installations person has been doing only siding for over 20 years. It's what he knows and he is meticulous at it. The other company promised to get a team of young guys in to knock it out in a couple days, but we rather stick with the professional who has the experience and who will take the time to do it right the first time.

After working in the customer service industry myself, I have come to realize and believe that almost anyone can give good service when things go right, but it's when things don't go right when you find out their and quot;true colorsand quot;. With Quality installations we had a back door and frame replaced. After the new door was put in, it looked great to me, but the installer and Scot disagreed. They pointed out a defect with the door that had to do with the spacing on top. To be honest even after they pointed out this purely visual minor defect I still didn't really notice it, but they were not satisfied. They wanted the job to be perfect. They worked with the door manufacture and replaced the new one with another new door with out that minor defect. This is a sure sign that not only Scot, but his installers want to do what's right. I know many other companies would have just let it go as I would not have noticed it nor have said anything. This is a great piece of mind knowing they brought up an minor issue, wasn't satisfied and still made it right all with no additional cost or stress on us.

In the end all I can say is, they have great quality items at a price that will beat almost all STL based companies, but probably more important is that they have the workers (the people who actually do the work not sell it) that care very much about doing the right thing and doing a meticulous job. They were great!

Everything was excellent. Scot was great to work with from the beginning to the end. He was very knowledgeable, easy-going, and easily adapted to my busy schedule. I had three companies come out to bid my house before making a final decision. Anyone can promise you the world, but Scot gave me a good vibe right from the beginning and cut-out the BS. Even better, his siding installer was absolutely perfect. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Terry is truly an amazing installer and takes exceptional care and pride in his work. He even found and fixed errors left by the roofers. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing work done. I definitely feel I made the right decision.

Scot was a referred to me from my father who had his business resided. The work I saw on his office was done very meticulously and looked great. The vinyl clad aluminum wrapping was some of the best I've ever seen.

Scot has been professional throughout the process. There have been some minor corrections to be made as the job went, but those problem were mostly because I didn't communicate my expectations clearly enough.

The siding looks great. Every seam, edge, etc. is done with great detail.

The materials used are all very high quality. The siding has an awesome warranty including which includes fading.

If only Scot did roofs, fences and garage doors.

I found Quality Installation and Home Improvement at a home show and also saw them on Angie's List. We did get several estimates. Quality was about the highest on the estimates but they had the product we wanted. I also liked the fact that they were not high-pressure sales. Everyone else wanted us to sign with them right away and kept lowering their prices when we told them we were seeking other estimates. Quality never dis that. The installation went very smoothly. They arrived when they said they would, with the exception of one day, due to snow. They performed well and left the site spotless. They were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We were very pleased with the product and installation.

See above. I would have recommended this company to family, friends and neighbors, including my 80-year old mom. He also checked in with me during the job and after to see if I had any questions or concerns and if I was satisfied. He never has asked for the money up front - a down payment of 10 - 20% yes - but not full payment until the work was done and I was satisfied. I've had nightmares with other companies over the years - shoddy work or not finishing the job. You can also trust him to help you make a decision on what product to use. For example, on the replacement windows - he helped me pick the ones suitable for my house and didn't try to sell me the most expensive. When there was a problem with a screen on a door - he had someone come out within a week to repair it at no cost.

They was very professional. They always kept in contact with me. They called me when it rain and reschedule for the next day. I would use them again.

It took them a week to complete the job. They put the insulation underneath. It was a super good company. They were upfront and honest. They left the place very clean. If there were any problems even 6 months later, he was right out to look at it. He made sure everything was right. He brought out different samples for the sidings. Now that it has been year after they have completed the job, it looks good and I love it. He seemed like a lot better person than some of the other people who gave us estimates. I would definitely hire him back.
