Carlos was very professional. He showed up on time and perform an assessment of the work area, provided a detail estimate and once agreed, completed the job quickly and to our complete satisfactory. The work was done very neat and clean. I'm very happy with his work. He was not cheapest option, but his work was the best option.

I needed some rooms of carpeting stretched in a hurry and Carlos was able to help me in the time frame I needed, he was nice enough to work a longer day in order to fit me in!! Nice work

I was promised high quality and got shoddy work! I called them back & was told all the wrinkles would be fixed & that has not been done! It is 4 months since the work has been done & it looks terrible!!! I definitely would NOT recommend them & am thinking of suing them!

Carlos was a little hard to get ahold of. I could tell he was torn between jobs, but it was harder to find a reputable/reliable contractor in repair/refastening carpeting. Carlos was very fair dealing on price and gave me excellent advice on the best way to pursue the repairs I was interested in. In the end, he was worth the wait. Job was under $500 I told him to got ahead and do it without competing quotes. He replaced padding, restretched the carpets and cleaned the carpeting with his industrial carpet cleaning machine. He did a very high quality job, and I'll hire him to clean my carpets again. Much better than I could do myself.

The quality of some of the carpet created some challenges for overall quality but this company did a prompt and thorough cleaning of the carpet allowing us to place furniture in our new home more efficiently.

Great job and friendly service

Carlos did an excellent job! He even came in the evening so that I didn't have to take time off of work to be there while he worked. The carpet patches he did are seamless...you can't even see them!

My family was very pleased with how friendly and skilled Desopech Inc. was. They said the carpets now look great. They were very hard workers
